We are a gigging, rock covers band travelling the length and breadth of gods country.. Scotland, with the occasional foray into our southern cousins land.

You'll see by our influences some of the music we cover, but we like to think we do so much more.

We also have on occasion written and recorded our own material. We uploaded some of it. We are gonna keep updating this bio when we get more time, so we'll sign off just now..

UPDATE: A wee bit more about the band, seeing as we have a bit o' spare time, as we said at the top of the bio, we have been going for around 10 years, didn't have a name for the band (in fact weren't really a band as such) but had written "Stand Together", as you can hear, it is kinda patriotic and the name Independence just seemed to fit right with how we felt at that time.

Now, one thing we will put straight....we are not anti English (Please listen to the words and you'll see that it is not aimed at the ordinary English person). We don't push any political views on our audience. Hey! we're a rock band that want to get people to have a great time. However, we do play on the "Caledonian Angle" (that's the ancient name for Scotland by the way). Cover lots o'Scottish bands, we Fly the Flag, have a Kilted Frontman etc. We love playing classic rock covers by Zeppelin, AC/DC, Purple, Hendrix etc, but equally its great to belt out a Proclaimers number. (ALWAYS a floor filler from a city centre pub to a Harley Bike rally).
