Anything by Tom Clancy. "Red Storm Rising" was one of my Favorites. It never made it to the big screen thanks to the end of the Cold War. So you have to read it to get it.
Heroes
Ronald Reagan.. Here is a cat, an actor, that people just loved and were willing to follow him. I was lucky to serve in the Armed Forces under him back in the 80's and it was a great time to be an American.. We had pride in this country back then and didn 't take any BS from the Russians, nor the Iranians, and definately not the Democrats.

I favor the DRAFT.. I think everyone should be subject to fight for the needs of this great country and our interests overseas.

Speaking of Borders, I believe in immigration, having done that myself, back in 1965. But I want everyone to do it legally and pay their fair share of taxes.
I try to find the good in people.. some people just make it HARDER to find it....
I want to limit how long someone stays on welfare.. Just give folks willing to work, a little help finding their place in this country and to pay taxes. No longer should we accept a "Free Ride". Get trained, get a job, and pay your fair share.
WE MUST PROTECT our natural resources!!!! WE owe it to our children and their grand children to take care of this planet. It has to last us a while...
I think EVERY DOLLAR we spend in Space is worth $100 back here on Earth.
I favor the legalization of "SOME" drugs. I think we should Produce (NOT IMPORT) most of them here in the US. Then we should sell them and TAX them. Use those taxes to support a :Free US Health Care Program that will provide rehabilitation to those smart enough to seek help. Let the Junkies, Pimps and Drug Dealers die. Get the War on Drugs out of Washington and the out of the hands of politicians that don't have a clue... Free all the MINOR drug offenders from our prison systems.. Think of the savings we would have on funding a lost cause like the war on DRUGS.. LEGALIZE & TAX! - Take the Criminal Element out of the WAR ON DRUGS!.

Ted Nugent. Having grew up in the Detroit Area in the 70's, I loved to hear his music. Later on in life I agree with MOST of his views on conservation and this great country!! He would be an excellent "Secretary of Defense"
