Sounds Like
A beautiful sunny day, much like the less known and not as good version of Dashboard Confessional and The Swift Esponage Campaign set to a backdrop of the Thunder Bay Music Scene, but influenced by the masterful Acoustic sound of the Indie Canadian Acoustic/Insturmental sounds, like Broken Social Scene.

When I refused to take the following lead and used my own will to save myself from the blackness within. When I arrived at what had once been my home, all that was left was just this; A guitar, and myself. Taking up this passion was the way i needed to... to forget. I do this to forget everything else in the world. When I play for someone or for a group of people, I forget about all that is not wanted in the world.
It takes someone strong to feel this way. But you don't have to be physically strong. The strength can come from your chords, your voice, and your fingerpicking. Use that power wisely. I do every day.

well, unfortunately I did not finish the essay in sufficient time to get out Loubella and start the recording [p.s. my guitar's name is loubella, but you already knew that I think], so you'll have to wait until at least THURSDAY until you will get another taste of TSEC's music. I think I like that little abreviation. I shall use it often, much like MCR or TBS or other crappy emo band's abrevs. I will be seeing you in one hour and twenty minutes, so that will be nice. and a new name for everything was well today I must add. I actually enjoy using the electric of yours, I think mostly cause a slide works really well with it in the high register. welp, I'm gonna go eat now. enjoy your dinner flava dave.

It is moi. the matthew. are you quite as excited as I am to almost be gliding in our OWN city of thunder bay?! think about it, soon enough I will be able to take you up for flights and gain as much altitude as possible in good old kakabeka falls airspace. I am THOROUGHLY excited. anyway, I enjoy the new tracks you have posted, and I will most likely have some yet-to-be-made recordings up by the end of the night. I wrote four new songs this summer [one of them last week, shockingly] so I will seek your advice on which to post up! THERE MAY BE SOME VOCALS FEATURED :O but it all really depends on whether I finish this silly essay for english. anywho, talk to you soon hopefully.
awww no don't you worry davey. I personally hate my own voice also, and then you sing to other people and they think it's the greatest little heavenly voice to come out of a bay of thundery goodness. I still sound like poopy, and we probably both still sound like poopy, but this is the most uplifting thing of all. we can both hit any note that someone gives us, so pretty much all it takes is just practice practice practice practice to get a nice sounding voice and a wide range. do you kinda understand what I mean? I hope you get this before you're gone for the summer, but if not, welcome back!!! haha I dunno I'll miss ya man
