Our first motivation is to make known the archipelagoes of the Indian Ocean. We wish to make divide, this experiment with the whole of the population of the world. The strong community of the Indian Ocean present in the world, the Indian Ocean is a multicultural area, with a arabo-African population, Asian-African and an important maritime intersection. The concept passes by a whole of existing elements, such as the need for being able to join together the four corners of the islands of the Indian Ocean. These islands remain ignored general public. Today when one intends to speak about the Indian Ocean one immediately thinks, at the holidays, the sea, with the festival…. Whereas the islands present traditions varied as well as habits very anchored in the population. These islands are different on certain points, however some similarities are found. One notes only their differences, make that they do not know each other, whereas they have full with common points. One finds in each island, a community which is represented. It is the case of the island of Mayotte in which one can find of Réunionnais, the Comorians, Madagascans etc This program will constitute the 3rd edition of the installation of the dynamism cultural and artistic of “the Indian Ocean opens in the world”. Seeking with developed projects cultural, artistic, humane, event-driven. one seeks to develop a lyric song while joining on programs allowing to lead to objectives so that they can lead to enriching meetings and positive. There was the occasion to assemble various projects such as event-driven, Musical Humanitaire, Culturel Plate. With the kollektif one we launched out on artistic but such professional prospects in the cultural field. For us the Indian Ocean remains ignored by its diversity cultural, artistic bus filled to prejudge between the communities, Indiankollektif seek to break these prejudices and these stereotypes so that one can better make known our area. “Our objective is to support the interculturality” within the community, to make known the culture of the Indian Ocean in metropolis and of course with our respective islands through various organized cultural events, to render comprehensible the history of these islands has all public in order to be able to insist on the development the relations which exist between the archipelagoes. To show as well as research, the innovation cultural and artistic of the Indian Ocean are a component in the contemporary concept of creation.

Notre première motivation est de faire connaître les iles dans l’océan indien:Mayotte, La Réunion, Les comores, Madagascar, Maurice, et les Seychelles.
de par leurs populations qui ont diverses origines :indonésiennes, africaines, indiennes...
De ce fait, les cultures sont riches et divergentes....Certes, certaines us et coutumes se retrouvent mais ......
De facon generale, ces îles restent méconnues du grand public.
Aujourd’hui lorsque nous entendons parler de l’océan indien nous pensons tout de suite, aux vacances, la mer, à la fête….
Ce programme constituera la 2ème édition de la mise en place du dynamisme culturel et artistique de « l’Océan Indien s’ouvre au monde ».
Nous Cherchons à développer des projets culturels, artistiques, humanitaires, et évènementiels.
Avec le kollektif nous nous sommes lancés sur des perspectives artistiques mais aussi professionnelles dans le domaine culturel.
"Notre objectif est de favoriser l’interculturalité" au sein de la communauté, faire connaître la culture de l’océan indien en métropole et bien sur à nos îles respectives à travers différentes manifestations culturelles organisées, de faire comprendre l’historique de ces îles.
De démontrer ainsi que la recherche, l’innovation culturelle et artistiques de l’océan indien sont une composante dans le concept contemporain de la création.
