Ellery (Mark Leach), and the Herdsman 4th- Step (Robert Burnette) joined with The Lost and Found Sound (Stacy Stephens) in March of 07’, forming a harmonious holy trinity of grit, gadgetry, and carmelized beats- which soon would be known as INDIANS ON MARS. The gentlemen of IOM’s first chance meeting was at a show from the Anitcon record label co-founder/artist- and now Flagstaff resident... Sole. It was there at Arizona’s quaint central Phoenix sweat box- the Modified Arts in which they first discussed the possibilities that lay sprawled before them- like so many upturned insects. Having discovered a mutual love for music that reflects elements of both a dark, saturated, electronic outworld; or that of an enlightened ephemeral cloud kingdom. INDIANS ON MARS has been leveling heads from the back side ever since. All three of the stranded martian indians have artist information and solo projects that you can acquire through their individual Myspace accounts.
