So many women artists are writing our office and wanting to take part in the many event opportunities that we are working hard to create. Thank you for your interest. Please read through our website to get to know our non profit. You need to be a member of Indiegrrl Women in the Arts to take part in our organizations events. We have a networking group, sponsor discounts, a yearly conference, and showcases in venues along with many Indiegrrl Fest events that we are working to create in as many states as possible. It is all a continual building effort. The yearly membership fee of $30 helps us reach these goals and we try to keep that membership fee low because we know the shoe string budgets of Indie artists. Artists who perform in our shows get paid and split ticket sales. So if you are in one of our events, please do help us promote it with your fans/friends/family because it benefits everyone to have a packed house. AND it just makes things more fun when wild screaming fans are cheering for the performers.

Festivals Festivals Festivals. We are producing Festivals! ! ! Featuring some of the top Independent Women in Music, Comedy, and Spoken Word. We also include female arts & crafts vendors who would like to display their work at a VERY MINIMUM vendor fee. Building these events will bring awareness and recognition to the creative work for women in communities everywhere. We are working hard to grow into producing these events in as many states as we can in the future. Contributions to our non profit helps us reach these and other goals. Another big event that is produced yearly is the Indiegrrl Women in the Arts Conference with huge networking, educational, and showcasing opportunities. We are also raising funds to build a children's music camp so that the youth of today do not lose the importance of creativity through music and art and will give them opportunities to learn in an environment that will support and nurture their individuazl development.

Indiegrrl Fest Jonica Gap located in Mineral Bluff, GA at Jonica Gap Campground was such a great success that now the campground wants to host a spring and fall event. The first one will take place on June 11, 12, & 13, 2010 and the second will take place October 8, 9, & 10, 2010. This event is for EVERYONE. Fun daily activities, arts & crafts vendors, and lots of live music and comedy. Performers will be announced soon for both events. Visit the Jonica Gap Campground website at http://jonicagapcampground.com to check out their facility. Limited electric sites for small pop up campers and RVs. Reservations are recommended. Credit card payments will be taken over the phone by calling 706-374-5465. Pets are welcome but must be approved with Jonica Gap Campground in advance. Festival rates will be anounced soon.
We spent the weekend at Roy's Hideaway and went to Savannah Pride (1 1/2 hrs away) The pool is awesome. We are all getting excited about the Indigrrls in October. The campground has about 30 full hookup sites, two cabins and a bunkhouse. There is a lot of space. Tell all your friends.
