MAINSTREAM KILLED THE INDIE STAR is a music showcase featuring bands video interviews & music videos from signed indie bands and unsigned acts. The show's name is derived from the fact that mainstream media only promotes a handful of artists and bombards our senses with bland daily doses of re-manufactured music. To counteract this, Mainstream Killed the Indie Star presents a platform for the Indie arena; series creator, Shekinah Apedo, cites the show's motto is, "Hearing the unheard".

How is your indiestar tv coming along? Do yuo have any fun plans for the summer?

But since then, I haven't even heard anyone mention the band... unfortunately they fell flat just as fast as they inflated, I think they need to come out with new music with their new vocalist before they make a video too - but thats just MY opinion.
