Indie Vision Music is not a just a zine, not just a store, not just a promotions powerhouse. We do it all and in God's love.
Independent Orange County Company. We began in July of 2000 as an online webstore specializing in selling music from Christian artists. Slowly over time the site has changed formats to what it exists as today. In 2003, the site morphed into a Record label where we released 7 albums till 2004 when we decided to close up the label and end the Indie Vision Music site. It was only after much prayer and thought that I decided to recharge the Indie Vision Music site into a web zine. I had been reading other zines at the time and gathering my news from myspace pages. I realized something after doing much research, that the scene was lacking a zine (at the time) that was dedicated to exposing readers to hot new talent from independent Christian artists. So I decided in early 2005 to start my own webzine using the existing Indie Vision Music web address that I had held on to since 2000. The zine launched in February of 2005 to little fanfare but much enthusiasm. We slowly grew over time adding a managing editor Josh Murphy in 2006 and several independent writers. We went through 3 designs changes before finally settling on our new "Blue" design and logo in early 2009 thanks to the design talents of Fusse/Miika Korpi and Nate Dunn. We are now on Version 4.0 of the site and are reaching thousands of readers monthly with our brand of independent music coverage. The tagline "Faith and Entertainment With and Independent Perspective" was adopted by me in early 2005 and couldn't be more true today.

For those curious about the Record Label end of things, that is a thing of the past and we no longer put out cds or compilations. Everything has shifted completely online and we now put out a series of FREE Digital Compilations every year covering many bands from all genres of music. You can check out these compilations over at our website. So to put it bluntly, there will never be another Indie Vision Music release ever again. Plus, CDs are now old school!

Thanks Brandon, I'm working on a EP called The Blue Line Metro EP that should be out in Nov, It has a new song from the album im working on, a B-Side song that i wrote for my wife, and a cover or two on it.
