About G-Blaster
Begins as vinyl collector towards half of the '90 but suddelly understands his vocation as dj. Under the guidelines of two important rapesentatives of the palermo underground, Robertone Di Girolamo and Danilo Durante, he becomes passionate of fun soul and acid jazz. he frequents local artistic-musical avant-garde areas spreading his musical knowledge and not only (he gets close from one side to american punk rock and on the other to the indie-dance on Manchester). in thisw period, '98, he alternates his activity as musical critic (Cyberzone, Giornale di Sicilia, Balarm) and dj (mainly breakbet & drum n' bass). Always curious of new sounds, from that time onwards he will look for a personal eclectic style turn to blowdown sound barriers. Got by the influence not only ofv the nu school breaks but olso of electro ebm detroit and dub he references to the experiences of famous djs as: Gilles Peterson, James Lavelle, Andy Weatherall....
