General	Motivating people, Music, travel, dogs (chows), politically incorrect intelligent comedy (Chris Rock, Bill Maher and at times when he shows his intellect.. DL Hugley)
Music	No particular type of music, heavy percussion always wins me over.
Movies	Matrix, the first one. Many don't realize the ENTIRE movie was about finding your own self esteem. Brilliant writing and concept. Lady Sings the Blues. Not only was it a great movie but I was blown away by Berry Gordy's level of entrepreneurship. I can only imagine the obstacles he was up against. I was once almost signed to his previous label: Motown and I've met him before.
Television	I hated science in school but any type of forensic, detective show holds my interest. I also like Intervention and Big Medicine.
Books	This may sound crazy but I'm a writer but I hate to read. Most writers are too flowery and sugary in their approach. I think there are a lot of great black writers out there waiting to be discovered.
Heroes	I try really hard to guide younger brothers especially because when I was growing up I had NO black male role models NONE. I'm greatly disappointed that there are still black men out there who don't want anything to do with their sons. To me, there is no excuse for that.
