I want to thank the driver of the #17 southbound bus at 1045 am Monday. I had gotten a defective monthly pass in the mail and she not only let me ride to work (I had no cash) but told me where to go to get it replaced.. AND gave me a courtesy day pass so I could get home from work that night. God bless her.
I would like to see a Detour System Map. After moving downtown, I found catching the bus was a pain because I didn't know where it deviated from its normal route. A "Detour" System Map would be very helpful for people new to living downtown and for all the out-of-town visitors here for various events.
I just started riding the bus with my "S" pass and it is savings me a lot of time and money (and I get more exercise walking to and from the stops!). And most of the drivers are wonderful. One of my drivers is fun to have intellectual discussions with and another is a songbird worthy of American Idol! Thanks, IndyGo!
