About In Dying Fashion ( On Hiatus )

When you hear the term "Southern Deathcore", there is a certain amount of skepticism as to how Southern Rock, Death Metal and Hardcore can blend to form a harmonious, musical endeavor. In Dying Fashion is here to lay to rest that skepticism.

Coming together in 2002, under the guise of "Burns Like Winter", the band went through a metamorphosis and became "In Dying Fashion". With some line up changes, "In Dying Fashion" is what you see today.

The Brutal rhythmic assault of Myk Barry lies the foundation for this band. The twin guitar attack of Ramsay Knox and Shaun Robles can go from lazy southern groove to punishing thrash within the drop of a hat. And Finally, Julian Lopez with the awe inspiring stage antics and remarkable death vocals that would make the toughest of the tough tremble with fear.

This band has one goal and one goal only: To play the music that we love for the people who love to hear it.
