perform the song "Come A Little Closer" for the
action-thriller The Last Marshall. She was also featured in an international Coca-Cola commercial directed by Joel Schumaker. Life Turns. Kai leaves L.A. and all material possessions behind in the search for truth and spiritual fulfillment. She lands at an ashram in Nashville and a spiritual community in the desert of Santa Fe from which she emerges with a new perspective on life, music and love. From here she journeys home reflecting on these experiences through song. **Alex Callenberger - guitar, sonic curiosity - Expressing emotion in free time: Inside the world of a 45% hearing loss since birth, evolved an inner exploration of music. Stopping by to say thank you. I have been down with a bug the last few days and it is nice to be back up and functioning again. This morning I had a wonderful time with around 60 seniors at a breakfast talking about how the mind works and it was fun and exciting to watch them smile and appreciate just what they have become over the years.
I bet that each one of you have also some wonderful stories and memories as well. I was thinking this morning that we spend so much time talking to each other about things that really don't matter that it might be nice to talk to our friends about things that do.
For instance do you remember that time you felt completely loved by someone? What was it that allowed you to feel that? Do you know what it was that your friends and family experienced that allowed them to experience it as well. Just thinking about it can change your state of mind to experience those feelings again.
Other memories to ask about might be the first time you felt like you could conquer the world? How about the first time you felt excited to do something? The first time you knew you were in love? How do you know you are right?
Take this and ponder this idea. At anytime you can change you or your friends emotional state just be asking one of these questions. What would you like to feel today and after you have that answer think of a time when you did and if you have never felt that way ask yourself what you would want it to feel like and create that.
You could if you wanted to change anyone's life with a simple question if you cared enough to ask.

Stopping by to say hello and say thanks. Have you ever had one of those weeks that life likes to challenge you at every turn? Well this has been one of them for me. Computer decided to act the something from the terminator series and did not like human interaction and it was like life was saying slow down and focus.
So lets slow down and focus. Do you believe that we attract what we focus on? If so what have you been focusing on things you want or are you putting a lot of thought into stuff you don't want to have. Just by being more aware of what we spend our time thinking about can show us where we are heading at times. Of course you could just say we have to live in this world that the media has created for you and you have to experience everyone's pain that you see and be that martar. I am a little more selfish I guess because I like experiencing everyones joy instead. Nice thing about life is you have a choice so it is up to you. Mystically yours,
