The band Infinite has played the Columbia, South Carolina music scene for the past six years. The members are Neal Kelly (guitar), Peter Hayes (drums), and David Thorpe (bass). The band has written extensively over the past year. They have revamped their sound to mix rock, rap, pop, hip-hop, and at times reggae into a blend that their audiences love. The band has been compared to such artists as Red Hot Chili Peppers, 311, and Sublime. The members of Infinite view these comparisons as compliments, but pride themselves on their unique sound. Using the expertise of producers in Los Angeles as well as Columbia, Infinite recorded a four song demo for promotional use. The demo in combination with a high energy live show and the members dedication to be the hardest working band around is already paying dividends. Infinite has played several shows around the area including Rock the Vote, a benefit for the Make a Wish Foundation, a hurricane relief fundraiser, and opening for national touring artist Rehab. The band has recently won the 2005 Band Battle at Jillians. The win gave the band an opportunity to compete in the regional finals in Raleigh, NC. Thank you for your time, interest, and support.
