For anyone willing to help... Within the next couple of months,I am looking to move to a big city with a straight edge scene that isn't on life support so that I can get a band together and actually have people to hang out with for once in my life. I'm leaning towards the east coast since I already live on it but I'm certainly open to suggestions and if there is anyone out there that lives in a nice little straight edge punk house and could use one more roommate to make the rent cheaper for everyone,I would love to move in whenever I get there...or even if you're straight edge and you just want one roommate.I'm certainly taking offers. By the way,Living near a record store is a plus and I'm pescetarian so pescetarian or veg. roommates are a plus. As far as my taste in music goes,I listen to a lot of old school hardcore and punk, some newer and a lot of 50s,60s,70s soul, reggae, and rock n roll.I would prefer a more old school style scene, the less fashionites, the better. I've been writing a lot since my last band broke up so I've got an abundance of material I can't wait to work on with a band of serious musicians/like-minded individuals so if you could give me some advice on what city has the best scene for a guy like me,please help me out!!!
Contact me or just comment my newest blog so I can contact you.
Hey, we're blowing out of Luna Bay to take our boards on the road for the rest of the summer. Malibu by Tuesday the 22nd, then down in San Diego from Thursday on. Look for our people in the crowds and be sure to tell them, "Edgar sent me. "
thanks so much tom. last night meant a lot to us, and having you there was really important. you and your music has always inspired us to do what we do and the relationships we had with your bands is an integral part to our history and identity.
