It's amazing how after all that has been exposed in this century, there remains a huge tendency to only support the big chains and corporate giants. Please support the Starbucks boycott. Rev. Bookburn - Radio Volta - Philadelphia

"Because we all share this planet earth, we have to learn to live in harmony and peace with each other and with nature. That is not just a dream, but a necessity. We are dependent on each other in so many ways that we can no longer live in isolated communities and ignore what is happening outside those communities.
"

So I have decided to become a blog journalist cyber-revolution. The news on TV is mostly all nonsense and advertisements and it's completely biased towards the status quo because the networks are owned by very wealthy corporations. NBC is even owned by General Electric which makes LOTS of money off defense contracts, and that makes me wonder just how critically they're gonna look at the war. Intelligent people tend to watch TV very little anyways (except perhaps for The Daily show and Adult Swim)...

I've always believed that people who complain should do it better themselves or else shut up... so that is what I am doing. Check this out and comment if you like. Come back often and if you like what you see share it with people you know.

Come to Miami, June 20-24. 700 Mayors from all over the country will be down.

While they shake hands, sniff butts, and work at devising new ways to appropriate resources away from urban communities and into the hands of high price developers for condos in the place of cheap housing and strip malls in the place of green spaces, Folks from several chapters of Food Not Bombs, Everglades EarthFirst!, the Firefly Bike Collective, the Lake Worth Bike Coop, Power U Workers Center, and the 700 Mayors Welcoming Committee will be putting on a Food Sharing, Marching, Dancing, Bike Riding Extravaganza! This is a great opportunity to confront our immediate authorities in regards to their bad and misguided decision-making...
Why? Because these puppets allow our cities and our natural areas to be at the disposal of big business and exclusively geared to the upper-classes...
Meanwhile there is boarded up public housing going to waste, homelessness neglected and natural areas/resources mismanaged.

You Are Invited! Bring Your Laddles, Your Bikes, Your Fists, Your Love, Your Strength!

Thanks for adding me.

Almost inevitably he comes to the conclusion that the government he lives under is dishonest, insane, intolerable

Hey Infoshop massif. Here's a video I figured people here could appreciate, plus it has RATM, Prodigy and Pendulum all in one. Just something I stumbled upon today...

Stop I-69

May 19 2008 1:00 PM

The following is text from a flyer being actively distributed today to landowners on the route of I-69, as well as neighbors. More information and photos will be following. ANY SUPPORT (ground, financial, legal, tactical, equipment/resources, etc.) would be greatly appreciated! THANKS!!
-------------------------------------
In the waning hours of Sunday May 18th, dedicated community members in resistance to I-69 set up a defensive encampment high in the trees above the farmland that INDOT and Mitch Daniels consider the future site of the NAFTA Superhighway.

Landowners, neighbors, and concerned residents are joining together in a multi-faceted struggle to end the $4 billion debacle that is this road. 450 Indiana families stand to be evicted, and a growing number are committing not to bend over easily to INDOT’s intimidation tactics. Eminent Domain suits, community solidarity networks, public meetings, nature walks and bike rides along the route, barbeques, marches, and demonstrations allow participation in this effort by folks of all commitment levels and time constraints.

Nearly 10,000 fertile acres await a fate of asphalt and concrete if we fail to act, but this road is not a done deal, and this first act of physical land defense will not be the last. As long as bulldozers continue to threaten our communities we will do everything we can to stop them.

To learn more and plug into the resistance visit: StopI69. wordpress. org

happy birthday.. dude.. i hope life is good. take care. and have a fun. weekend.. and year as well. cheers. dude.. keep up the good work.. america is in dire straits.. please wake us up from the illusion that has infected america.. i've seen so much and learned so much.. i think america is split which isn't good.. we should be united and protecting our freedom.. and insuring others.. that we are all have equal rights.. and look out as a community for others.. being threatened. and hiding their tears of remorse.. well. time will tell. don't let anything get you down.. humanity.. is complex.. people are choosing their futures.. and america isn't the only one turning a blind eye.. the whole world.. is a slum.. but where there is poverty there is a possiblity.. for change.. sorry for rambling.. just been thinking a lot about the future.. of this confusing planet..
