Infra Jazz is the mix between deep house/ minimal and jazzy and lounge sounds by musicians.
At the beginning, the band was only Gaëtan (Guet), the DJ and Johan (Atome), the trumpetist. After the real success of their first live performance at l'Agape Cafe (a club/bar near Paris), Infra Jazz got the chance to be resident at that club. Step by step, new musicians joined the band: Freddy, guitar player from "Muse verte" and Cendre Osmoza, lyrical singer. They also play every thursday on Vallee FM 96.6 (www.valleefm.fr) from 19 to 20 and during this radio show, lots of guests come and play on an electro mix. The concept works so well then the band plays during events like the "Open up" parties and the Chocoflash label party at the Vinyl club in Paris, at Berim bao in Madrid, at the Art de mix festival and recently they opened for the electro jazz band "NHX"
A E.P. titled "The time" by Infra Jazz is about to be released on Chocoflash. There will be remixes by El Farouki, talented artist releasing "The instinct E.P." on Chocoflash, this one is a groovy minimal track. Another remix by Tom Pooks who releases a lot on Hypnotic, Goodlife, Ovum and Intec (Carl Cox's label) and also a remix by Dave Basek from 20for7 who works with H foundation (Hipp-e & Halo), Joey Youngman and Fred Everything.
