Music
Fred Hammond, REIN, Nicole Mullen, Kirk Franklin, John P. Kee, Yolanda Adams, DONNIE MCLURKIN!!! Israel, Fred Hammond, Marvin Sapp, William Murphy, Donnie Mclurkin. If it's ministering music, okay play it! I also like clean jazz and easy listening, preferably instrumentals. Did I mention Fred and Donnie already? Oh.....see, what had happened wuz.... :-)
I remember seeing Fred live some years back when I first was getting into church. It was a FREE concert...a FREEEE concert that he gave, and it was so awesome and inspirational. The brother had an altar call! Now that's what I'm talking about..music MINISTRY! Then I saw Yolanda down in Miami for Easter, and she brought tears to my macho eyes. And Donnie....he sings from every part of him. You can't listen to him and not be moved. I was upset and hard when I heard William Murphy for the first time. He sang "Changes" and it changed me from hard to crying like a baby. I saw Nicole Mullen after a basketball game. She sang "My Redeemer" and did sign language as she sang. Wasn't a dry eye in the building. When she finished, all you heard was *sniff* *sniff*. And REIN....I am anticipating that album!!!! That's my sister ya'll, that's my sister!
The B-I-B-L-E, yes that's the book for me. I'm leaning on the word of God, the B-I-B-L-E!
Heroes
Jesus Christ! I was dying and He agreed to be a blood donor. That saved me and I have been alive every since. My parents are my hero. They are such an inspiration and an example for me and I love them dearly. I am glad God chose them to bring me to be a part of. Rein, my sister from another mother...and father lol. My heroes gives me so much love, that it makes it easy for me to love YOU!

"No matter what the day may bring to you, Keep On Praisin'!" - Fred Hammond
Never knew the path I was on while writing a sermon for my Uncle when I was twelve, but God did. Who am I? Your brother; Minister and Apostle unto God. I am the one who was entrusted with the vision of God's Grace Ministries, a ministry determined to "Manifesting the Vision; Giving Sight to the Body of Christ". It is a ministry of mentorship to ministries and ministry leaders who want to come together as one for a common purpose. That purpose being to do ministry according to the Word of God, and not the word of man.
My name is Apostle Kelvin Pendleton. My ministry career began at Covenant Missionary Baptist church, Florida City, Florida, where I assisted in many areas of ministry. Seeing my dedication, Pastor Joseph G. Sewell saw fit to train me to be a deacon. I began my training in 1997, and later participated in the planting of a new church, Greater New Covenant M.B.C in Homestead, FL. There, I was ordained a Deacon, and appointed Vice President of the governing body. While there, I played drums, sang tenor in the choir, setup A/V ministry, participated with transportation ministry, finance committee, clerical staff, and so much more.
After a challenge by God, I preached my first full sermon from the pulpit at the turn of the century. Most knew at that point where my path was leading me, as mid 2000 I was licensed as a minister. Following that, I was then appointed Assistant to the Pastor where I served in the role until God called me to move. I said I'd never leave Miami, but found myself on the midnight train to Georgia. It was there that God gave me the vision for God's Grace Ministries. This vision is way beyond who I am and it's going to take the combined efforts of many who want to bring healing to the Body of Christ. In 2002, I met Apostle John Davis at a leadership meeting who saw my vision, and believed in me enough to immediately ordain me an Apostle.
This long and tedious walk I've had so far, I thank God for it. With all the various ministries and auxiliaries I've assisted, it's given me a great perspective on how ministry is ran. I've seen so much in ministry, and grieve much for most of what I've seen. It's time to lay aside our traditions and self made doctrines and do the ministry Christ left us with. Let us come together on one accord and edify the Body of Christ!
If you are interested in participating in this vision, or if you live in the Atlanta Metro area and wish to be a part of the new church that will be planted in 2008, please contact me so we can talk more. I look forward to working with YOU, yes YOU! Be blessed, again I say, be blessed beyond belief in Jesus' name!
1 Corinthians 13
1 Though I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, and have not charity, I am become as sounding brass, or a tinkling cymbal.
2 And though I have the gift of prophecy, and understand all mysteries, and all knowledge; and though I have all faith, so that I could remove mountains, and have not charity, I am nothing.
3 And though I bestow all my goods to feed the poor, and though I give my body to be burned, and have not charity, it profiteth me nothing.
The greatest message I can give you is not one of a prophetic revelation, but a historical fact that Christ still lives, and waiting for you to accept Him in your life. If you have not, now is the time. You don't need a fancy service, nor a sacred ritual; all you need is a contrite heart and spirit, and to believe. Your journey begins with a willing spirit to believe that He was born, He was crucified, He was buried, He was risen by God, and He is still alive! I offer Christ to you, while you still have time. Don't wait for all the predictions of the day He is coming back to come true, for tomorrow is not promised to you. Find Christ while you have time, right here, right now.
Tell me, what can I do to help? I try to answer every email so feel to write. Remember this, let no one tell you that you are a nobody. You became someone significant when God breathed the breath of life into you. From the dust you were formed and fashioned into the likeness of His image, and were gifted and anointed for your destiny and for your purpose. So it's not up to the person who says that you are a nobody, it's between you and God. Believe in God: and believe in yourself as I believe in you!
"This award was created by [Raven] in 2004 and is for devote men who minister on various community websites. I hope you receive it in the spirit it is being given. I feel you are representing the spirit of God on myspace in a very profound way. I feel you are reaching people in a way God wants them to be reached. Every follower of Jesus Christ builds his ministry according to the guidance of the Holy Spirit; and I feel you are doing that." - Raven
Who I'd like to meet: I'd like to meet YOU! I would also say Jesus here, but I already met Him. Would you like for me to introduce Him to you? We go way back. Here on earth, James Earl Jones, Patti Labelle ('cause I heard about her peach cobbler). John P. Kee, Fred Hammond, and Kirk Franklin (I got serious about God and joined a church while being inspired by their music. Up until that point, gospel music bored me). I'd also like to meet anyone who'd like to know more about Jesus. "Courage is doing what you are afraid to do. There can be no courage unless you're scared." -Eddie Rickenbacher"You gain strength, courage, and confidence by every experience in which you really stop to look fear in the face. You must do the thing which you think you cannot do."-Eleanor Roosevelt"Courage is an everyday thing. When we look reality squarely in the eye and refuse to back away from our awareness, we are living courage."-Unknown"Courage never kicks in until you first recognize fear. In the midst of courage, success comes when you believe that God has not given you a spirit of fear, but of power, of love, and a sound mind; and that the battle does not belong to you, but to God!" -Me"Greatness is not achieved by doing something extraordinary. It is achieved by doing the same way consistently. That is the key to making a lasting impression, not that you had a great moment, but that in all you do you gave it your all. When people knew they could count on you, you were there. And when people knew that they could not count on you, you were still there doing the same thing. It's a bonus with Christ in your life, because you are assured to do great things with the greatest living within you." -Me

Here is a Sneak Peak at what we have lined up for you:
This is why Sista Gurl do what we do, we are not afraid to talk about molestation. The staff of Sista Gurl was out spending the word of awareness about molestation. When some people hear what we have to say, they claim up, they didn’t want to hear anymore and walk away. Neatness to say most of those people who walk away have children somewhere nearby. There was one person who touched my heart that day. After a mother walked away from our booth a little girl I believed to be the woman’s daughter. She have to be somewhere around the age of 9 to 11. She stopped and asked me “what does molestation means?’ I give her a quick answer where I hope she understood where I was coming from. I replied “molestation mean when someone touch you where it make you feel uncomfortable “.The little girl gave such a disgusting look. We was blown away that she never hear of the word molestation or she didn’t know what it meant. I say all of this to say, parents please take time to talk to your babies about this topic, MOLESTATION. Those talks may save your children’s life. If you have any comments please feel free to express yourself.
Good morning, it is Friday already. Could not do comments, messages or status comments again last night, wish they would fix my space and then leave it alone. Blessings and love, Judy
We enter this world as God’s perfect creation, innocent, pure and radiant. But as we grow, we learn fear and doubt, causing our radiance to hide behind many masks. We must therefore learn trust through the transformation of our minds. Trust, a knowingness that all is well, is learned through the diligent practice of living in the moment, for it is in the present that we can rediscover the absolute safety of life. Willing to be still, we reconnect with our Source, remember who we are, and experience the peace that comes from observing life breathing us. The more we practice being curious about life’s circumstances, opening our hearts to whatever is instead of resisting or reacting to it, the more we realize that Divine Order is always in play. We can see beyond appearances and unveil God’s grace even in the darkest of times. It then becomes obvious that every single experience in our lives has helped mold us into who we are today. This process of awakening to the truth that God is in every moment and all of life is for us is an essential step in becoming fully alive, joyful, radiant and living on purpose. Trust lays the foundation for our spiritual evolution to enlightenment.
