I believe life is about taking a true look at yourself through God's eyes (and His son Jesus Christ), letting go of the past, making important changes, growing, and finding your purpose. By doing this in our own unique way ... we can all SHINE brightly and leave this world a little bit better than we found it. I believe this is what it means to be a true artist in this lifetime. My first published book of poetry and spoken word CD was a m i r r o r reflection of my soul in 2005 and 2006. It was a time when spiritual hunger, anger, deppression, fear, isolation, and confusion ruled my life and I was disconnected from who I truly was. Today those experiences are my creative testimony about becoming more than a survivor of childhood sexual abuse. God willing, Fall 2009, I will be releasing my second book of poems, my second CD (of spoken word and songs), and my company. They express the new me. They embody the Ingrid D. Johnson I am now. Book Summary
Destruction via the Mirror Image The book, "Destruction via the Mirror Image" is about twelve astronauts picked to explore outer space in hopes of finding a discovery interesting to mankind. Once in space, they encounter a creature on the ship. This creature is so hard to figure out that they must find the monster's weakness in order to destroy it. On this space exploration, lives are sacrificed, passion and romance erupts while blackmail attempts surface. In the meantime, the astronauts are dealing with their potential destruction as the creature learns how to create offspring through its victims. After the demise of several of the astronauts, one unlikely astronaut figures out the monster's kryptonite. Will this astronaut save the others in time? Will he find a way to destroy the monster and become a hero? Author Stanley Pitchford weaves an interesting and unique science fiction novel that explores outer space and shows what can happen when we attempt to address the unknown universe.

our ever growing family of friends. I'm really happy you have decided to
become friends of the Wake Up (to child abuse) MySpace Music page. Just by
adding us to your friends you have already demonstrated that you have a good
heart and are willing to take a step towards ending the hidden suffering of
so many.
We also dare to hope you will be able to persuade some of your other MySpace
friends to join our just fight against child abuse by adding us to their
friends too. The larger our family of friends becomes, the more people we
will be able to reach and educate about this terrible ‘disease’ sweeping
across the world which blights the lives of more children than you may
imagine. Please take a moment to read some of the statistics on child abuse
highlighted on our profile and within our blogs. I am sure you will be just
as shocked and appalled as we are when you find out the full extent of this
scourge.
The innocent children suffering such terrible abuse need all the help they
