A chance meeting in Y2K of great proportions brought together the minds and talents of Cub and Junior.Born in 2004, Inhatred's first EP, "Olena" is unleashed to the world. A raw style and earth crunching sound ripped into listeners. After more than 50 shows playing with the likes of Mastodon, Converge, Daughters, Nasum, 100 Demons, Comity, Most Precious Blood or Turmoil INHATRED brings themselves to the next level. Recorded in June of 2005 and released in early 2006 "10 Seconds Before Sunrise", mastered by Allan Douches (Converge, Norma Jean, Thrice, The D.E.P, Mastodon, Sepultura...) from his West West Side music in New Jersey and released on Several Bleed Records. INHATREDs unique blend of metal and hardcore offer a unique mix of love, hate and passion. With the violence comes a solace in the experience. Live to Crush!

Something beautiful now re-appears of this error, true things defend themselves for finaly remain through time and remain their existence. Violence and softness...This is probably the base of this hybrid music.

"Le quintet cherche dès le premier brûlot a nous faire perdre pied : et il y arrive avec brio ! Improbable mélange de HxC barré, de Death, de Grind, Inhatred ne renie certainement pas quelques influences Jazz (structures bien décalées), électro (interlude en plein milieu des 5 titres) voire même rock (pour les mélodies errantes). Mais au final, quelle bonne claque ! Le combo arrive à obtenir un résultat cohérent, surprenant, et terriblement explosif. Les vidéos présentes sur le cd nous montrent d’ailleurs que les sessions studio ont été loin d’être évidentes, car les compos sont complexes et recherchées, une sorte de puzzle chaotique et brutal qui attaque le système nerveux."

I just wanted to stop by to say hello and give you a little update on what Blood Root Mother is up to! We will be recording an EP of new music in August, and we recently finished recording a live DVD. The DVD is currently unreleased and I actually just saw it for the first time yesterday. It features the last two performances with Tony Ellis still alive, and some footage from the tribute show we played on the night of his funeral.
There are some cool covers, as well as some NEW music that will be on our upcoming EP. We're very excited about the new music and we'd like to share a sneak peak with you. Here's a link to the video for a new tune called Run Bobby Run:
