Being suckered into buying no name cheap parts is a game that the big stores do all the time. So you get a lifetime guarantee on your brake pads. Do they still squeak? Probably. The good brake pads that the professionals buy are made by Wagner. Thermoquiet is the brand. We carry them. If they squeak, it is because your rotor or caliper is probably having a problem. As we believe in Wagner, if these pads squeak, and you have new or turned rotors, and your calipers are in good working order, we will GLADLY replace them and let Wagner know about the problem.

Does your vehicle need (brake) rotors? We stock a lot of inexpensive (cheap) Chinese rotors to very expensive Brembo rotors. Usually people have been trying to save money, and waited until the brakes were making a sound before they fixed them. If you had bought some good brake pads in the beginning, and paid attention to your cars needs, you would probably not need to replace your rotors. We remind customers to replace the brake fluid as well. It gets old too.

Does your car need an oil change? There are three important things to know about an oil change. Get the right viscosity, change the oil frequently, and buy a quality oil filter. The oil filters we stock are made by Wix. We do not sell Fram oil filters. We have a display in our store of a Wix oil filter that has been cut open, next to a Fram oil filter that has been cut open. Once you see it, you will never buy a Fram oil filter again. Hype does not equal quality.

When the big name stores do not have an item, THEY CALL US to buy the parts , and then charge the customer the full retail price and a mark up! We carry a large supply of parts at jobber prices. Jobber prices are what we sell to mechanics (jobbers), and they are sometimes about 40-50% below list prices (What Autozone, Pep Boys, and Kragen charge). If we do not have the part in stock, we can usually find it for most cars. We have accounts with warehouses from New York, to San Bernardino. If the aftermarket does not have the part, we can usually get it from the dealer (and still save you money)!
