The Inner Light Agency is a no bullsh*t band management & artist development firm ran by Damon Moreno and Bruce Swink out of the Midwest USA.

Damon and Bruce have spent many years both on stage and on the business side of the music industry and know first hand the impact of poor leadership and or the lack of professional representation in this ever changing industry.

iLA proudly represents the professional interests of a wide range of music genres and artists @ all levels of their career. From basement and garage to touring and massive festivals. If the artist is passionate about their product, iLA will take a listen. Damon and Bruce are known for their relentless communication and attention to their artists.

For their clients Damon and Bruce offer current industry standard artist development and full managerial representation packages. Additionally they've secured credible record deals, booking agents, entertainment attorneys, licensing consideration for motion picture & video games, international booking and contract negotiations and much more.
