The lovechild of Dream Theater and The Mars Volta.
In 2005 Jordan and Tre started a band with a progressive/epic metal feel to it. After a long search they found their bassist Mark, and started blending funk, jazz, and pop into their sound. Mark brings an interesting style of playing, and has pushed the band to link songs together into one fluid performance.
As of January of 2008, Inner Orbit Machine completed their lineup with Patrick on lead vocals and guitar. His contribution has exceeded all expectations. And in a short period of time, he has become a vital member of the group.
Since then they've done multiple west coast tours, and continue to build a following in the San Jose area. They look forward to playing shows, touring, and writing songs about science fiction for years to come.
"We just want to make intelligent music that makes people realize they like music." -Jordan
