My Personal Story:
A lifetime of hardships starting with my parents divorce, witnessing my mother's suicide at age 15, addictions, molestation, teen pregnancy, disease, homelessness, and much more, caused me to search for peace. My soul was tormented, and let me tell you...it is very easy to accept the idea that there isn't a God when you go through such horrible things at such a young age and throughout a lifetime.

In light of all my torment, I could not give up on searching for the purpose of humanity. I am the type of person who practices logical reasoning as a means of survival. I believe that nothing is by chance. Denying God's existence became an impossibility for me. My main conflict as a believer in a creator was to accept that He -- the creator... would just allow His creation to go through so many heartaches and struggles for no good reason...

Through the course of reasoning, I realized the possibility that something must have gone terribly wrong in the heavenlies long before humanity took its first breath of air. I know humanity can not be here by chance. We were created for a specific purpose -- as is every living thing on this earth. It is my belief that our purpose contains the eternal cure for evil. I have nothing to lose believing in this possibility -- as a matter of fact, it has given me a certain peace that surpasses all natural understanding and put to rest all of the unanswered questions that tormented my soul.
