InPDUM is a grassroots organization, led by the black working-class community. It was founded in 1991 in Chicago by the African People's Socialist Party, and has been organizing in the UK since May 2000.
InPDUM membership is open to anyone united with democracy for the African community and to state that self-determination is the highest expression of democracy.
InPDUM is a courageous organization that stands as a beacon to people everywhere who are so use to seeing our so-called leaders’ sell-out to fill their own pockets.
InPDUM is known and respected around the world for demanding reparations to African people for slavery and colonialism, demanding an end to the police containment of our communities, pushing for real economic development instead of more police, protecting the dignity of our children as intelligent, capable and talented human beings, and taking the right stand on many other issues that face the African community, even when it is unpopular to do so.

Free Ajamu Bandele! International Call In Campaign - Monday, December 1st ATTN: NEW PHONE NUMBERS!!
The time has come to intensify the struggle for the release of our Comrade Ajamu Bandele (Orlando Gibson) - International Outreach Director of the International People's Democratic Uhuru Movement - from the clutches of the York County Prison system and Pennsylvania Parole Board. Comrade Ajamu was arrested by the York County Police Department on Wednesday, October 29th and framed up with charges of possession of marijuana with intent to deliver.
Free Ajamu Campaign At the same time, the Pennsylvania Parole Board has placed a detainer on Ajamu's bond, denying him the ability to return to his family and community as he awaits his preliminary hearing and the trial that may follow it.
Ajamu has a preliminary hearing on Tuesday, December 2nd at the York County Courthouse at 1pm est - at which time York County Magistrate Richard Martin will decide whether there is enough "evidence" for the case to go to a trial. Should the case go to trial, a determination will also be made by the Pennsylvania Parole Board as to whether the detainer on his bond shall be lifted. We Must Act Today!!!
