Influences
There's so many I could list, but instead I'll only say that I'm influenced mostly by what happens around me. I tend to write about the things that effect me, in my life, and those that are close to me.

I got this player from an OLD site I used to use called soundclick, you can hear more of my old Hip Hop stuff through this player. Just Hit Play!! Thanks for the awesome response I’ve had to the Old Stuff!!!
I’ve pretty much been into music my whole life in one form or another. In high school I was in a couple bands, heavy metal type stuff and never really got anywhere doing it, too involved in other shit.
After I got out of the service I started doing Hip-Hop with a friend I met through an ex-girlfriend of mine, Steve a.k.a. SIX (he’s in my tops). We were known as the East Side Poets and started to get some notoriety when Steve had to stop due to family obligations. I continued on solo as MC Storm, which I’ll post some of that stuff soon for you to check out, and did alot of shows, had alot of fun but was never really satisfied without the band thing. I stopped doing the straight Hip-Hop stuff and formed a band, SoL PropheT. We were together for a few years, made some great music, but I still wasn’t happy, there was still something not right. The guitarist of that group and myself decided to break off from the group and do something on our own and formed SYPHN along with Keith and Chris (Yesterdays Favorite, Tops). We ended up doing a few shows but ended up that it wasn’t really working for all of us. I left and they stayed together and formed "Before The Crash" (in my tops). I looked for a while and found a few guys looking for some vox and we formed "Burden Of Doubt". I was really happy with this project and the direction we were going in, but, I got sent away for work and everything fell apart.
As of right now, I’m band-less and I’m not sure what the future will bring. When I get home I’m probably going to put bands on the back burner. I may pick up my Bass again, and continue doing the acoustic stuff (I’ll be re-recording "I Can’t Forget" as soon as I get back). I may also be doing some vocals for my long time friend Andre’ (in my tops) and might post some of those tracks here. Or, maybe a couple Hip-Hop tracks...who the fuck knows? Not me.
