About InsideaLie

Josh and Mike first started making music together back in 1998. They both met while they were freshmen at UMBC. There first band was Modified in which Josh was on bass and Mike was on drums. Modified enjoyed several years of making music and playing shows but disbanded in 2001 to due scheduling conflicts of the three members. Several years would pass before Josh and Mike would start to make music again. The two hooked up again in 2006 and InsideaLie was born. This time with Mike on guitar and vocals and Josh handling his bass duties and playing guitar aswell. InsideaLie is a mix of straight ahead rock, alternative and Indie. Josh and Mike working together in the writing of the songs giving them their unique sound. They contiue to write their first album which should be finished by fall 2007.
