About me: We are a group of graduate students enrolled in the Indigenous Nations Studies program. Our graduate student association is designed for all students enrolled in our program. We have bi-weekly meetings and disscuss various issues pertaining to the program. We also get together and have study sessions, potlucks, and many socials (ie. haunted house trips in October, rollerskating in KC for 21+ night, pool night, poker night, movie night, camping, etc). Yes, we have a lot of fun.
We also try to work together if a prospective student wants to check out our program. We try to provide a ride to and from the airport in KC and find a place for them to stay while they are visiting. Also, try to give them a tour and introduce them to other students, faculty, and staff.
We hope to gain your interest in the program as the mission of the program "... contributes to the survival, self-sufficiency, mutual support, empowerment, and decolonization of Indigenous Peoples throughout the world. The Center, working from a cross-cultural and global perspective, educates students through a combination of instruction, study, research, and practical experience".

Hello friends and family of NVision!
With just a few days left, we're still quite a ways from reaching our goal! We need to raise $2,000 for the scholarship. As of today, we are about 25% of the way there, at just under $500.
Please, help us get from here to there! The raffle sale is the only source of funds for the scholarship. Your support will be the difference in an educational opportunity for a Native student.

For real!! The Haskell Clinic will put you to the test. I was in the clinic from 2:15pm-5:30pm one day. But I did learn that if you get to see the doctor-you get the real drugs! lol, not just the over the counter stuff that the nurse prescribes.
