Intellectual Icebergs is a podcast for information junkies. We like to provide the interesting details about the parts of the world that fascinate and perplex the science and tech oriented mind. Int Ice is produced by Robert and Tiffany Rapplean on an irregular schedule, as we find topics and experts on those topics with which to produce episodes. We pride ourselves on high quality audio production, interesting topics, and an unusually information-dense presentation.
We also search the internet for the most excellent podsafe music we can find, and use it as music beds underlaying our interviews. Because we put it under conversation, we have to use music with no vocals, but otherwise we use a fairly eclectic mix of synth/techno, guitar, jazz, latin, and whatever we happen to get our hands on and like. For those who want to just enjoy the music, we also produce Aural Icebergs, which is the music from Intellectual Icebergs plus whatever else we consider play-worthy.
We'll put a selection of our podcasts on this space some time soon, but following are a couple of our most popular productions. For the full collection, and our conversation forums, you can visit www.intellectualicebergs.org.
