Intense Entertainment has also expanded to representing independent artists. The company now represents The American Tragedy, Crackfight, and Losing Anna, all from Shreveport Louisiana, and Another Big Machine from Baton Rouge
The American Tragedy:
The American Tragedy was formed in 2000 by Adam Dale and Trey McLemore, with Adam as lead vocals and guitar and Trey on the drums. Jackie Brock soon joined them that year as lead guitarist and Jason Sepulvado joined as bass player at the start of 2004. The American Tragedy plays a type of music that is harder to specify as a specific genre, but is mostly classified as rock/alternative. They have three full-length cds available and receive radio airplay in areas they tour on a frequent basis. Tragedy has a rather large following within the southern states and is quickly gaining a following in the new areas toured. Crackfight:
Crackfight is an extreme metal band that was born in 1999 by Jon Breedlove on lead vocals and Jackie Brock on drums. Former Covenant band members of Brocks, Luke Meloncon and Scott Foord on guitar and Scott McElwee on bass round off the members of the band. Crackfight has one full-length cd and one 3-song ep available. The bands 2nd full-length cd will be available 2006. Crackfight travels all through the south playing four shows a month on average. Losing Anna:
Louisiana born and raised, Michael Donner back from a good ol' Texas college education joins with some long lost "boot state" friends for something new. With a sound un-like anything you've heard around the local scene...Losing Anna is ready to make its name. Joining Donner (lead vocals/acoustic guitar) is a group of well played musicians including Gray Schuler (bass), Chad Alexander (drums), Jonathan Machen (guitar), Shawn Lake (organ/guitar), and Eric Pearson (piano/occasional percussion). Based out of Baton Rouge Another Big Machine's sound is the culmination of brazen obstinacy and a punishing youth.
