International Play Ground (IPG) is a performing arts group made up of high school aged refugee youths from around the world who currently reside in the St. Louis area.
Through writing workshops and improvisation, the members of IPG develop productions from their unique viewpoint. Performances include original dance, music, poetry, and art. Members gain experience in public speaking, creativng writing, performing, theatre, as well as building leadership skills and self-esteem.
IPG has performed 7 shows for hundreds of St. Louisans and has recieved coverage from the St. Louis Post-Dispatch, the South Side Journal, the St. Louis American, Fox 2 News and KWMU radio.
