Travel Plan:
You will need to get yourself to NW Indiana.
Flying into either Chicago Airport or driving from your home state is allowed. Interns will not be provided an automobile for use; however, travel once at the internship will be provided to facilitate the apprenticeship. (If you have a car and can bring it, that's a plus and we will provide you gas money during your stay and to get you started on the way home!) |
I run this apprentice program for three key reasons.
1. |
|
I achieve my financial goals as a "full time" entrepreneur and investor. I achieve one of my "giving" goals by helping you get started on the path to financial freedom.
Basically, by offering this to you, I know I'm doing more good than if I just wrote a check to Junior Achievement or Scouting for All. (Which I also do.) |
2. |
|
I've not stopped adding new business, new steams of incomes, or new investments to my portfolio.
Each one takes work to maintain, test, grow, and maximize. Each one has costs! By focusing on apprentices and interns rather than even more employees, I control costs and accelerate growth! |
3. |
|
It works.
You can't get more simple than that. It works all around as a total win-win.
Just consider these things our past apprentices have accomplished.
Nicholas Ferguson, LA. left his home of over a half dozen home schooled brothers and sisters to be on his own fir the first time.
| He enjoyed a unique learning environment, moved to Texas, became a Realtor, and secured a full scholarship to go back to school for business. |

Found Independence |
Kevin, NY. He actually came down and lived in our couple housing as a tenant. He not only experienced investing and business training, he practiced seeing if he wanted to marry his at the time girl friend.
I don't know if they're married. However, I do know he returned to New York, left bartending, and became a highly successful...big money earning...loan officer.
Do you think his seeing Donna and I get our $5-million line-of-credit for our business had anything to do with his skills as a mortgage broker?
Jonathan Wolter, IN. Purdue student with e-quadrent parents who also did rehabs and rental properties.

Can you tell he learned to be free? |
|
Jonathan now has an information product he offers on how to handle your bookkeeping as a real estate investor. He went to participate in a number of key activities including one where he got to be weightless.
(He's his picture waving to us weightless.) |
Jonathan also learned how to be a media magnet. He appeared on NPR and a number of other print and broadcast media outlets. Most importantly, Jonathan learned how to live a life of passion for HIM. He stopped his engineering degree which was making him miserable and went into business.
Jonathan even "flipped" a car after his internship and he owns investment properties.
Chris "Kaz", IL . He was our shortest term apprentice. However, he was also the first to initiate the tradition of interns who stay a part of the team.
Even a year after his internship ended, he was on the road with us helping at live events and seminars in exchange for the free education.
Chris did a deal on a Chicago Condo while in his apprenticeship and he organized the intern library so I know where stuff is to lend you!
Jonathan Wold, CA . Jonathan no sooner turned 18-years of age then he was in Indiana as an apprentice.
Jonathan was our first "Internet" based intern. He helped, along with Matt Geri below, rebuild Real Estate Link.
Jonathan has started a few businesses since his internship and helps run Youth Cove with his very good friend, Matt Geri.
Jonathan was so moved by his internship, he's done 3 others for a Psychiatrist, a musician, and a Internet advertiser.
All of these contacts he met though the Inner Circle connections created from his first apprenticeship with me.
Donna and I are very proud of him.
Matt Geri , Ireland . Matt was our second, but only by about a week, Internet based intern.
Matt is working very close with us and is actually likely to return this summer. Matt is earning income online and making sales almost daily.
He's an organic search engine whiz and is becoming a skilled copywriter (the power to write words that compel and sell).

From left to right, Paulie Sabol, Matt Geri, Jonathan Wold, and Donna Fox.

So you see, it is a win-win.
