InterSession is a faith based dance and color guard company designed to engage youth who may otherwise "slip through the cracks in society" through various movement-art mediums. It's a difficult program...only the toughest survive - an excellent atmosphere to challenge youth to rise above their current circumstances, push through pain, encourage their peers, accept discipline, and, above all, to rely on God to take their hand and walk them through life's challenges.
InterSession's latest production, Sabachthani, is finally here! The debut performance on April 30th was absolutely magical! Sabachthani is a dramatic musical presentation that takes and in-depth look at life on the streets, and the consequences of falling prey to Satan's wicked schemes. When a father's failures drive him to suicide, Jesus meets his estranged family at the grave in a deeply moving invitation to rest in the safety of walking with Him.
Sabachthani is as visually breathtaking as it is spiritually moving. High impact guard skills and various dance styles capture the mood of each scene, and draw the audience into the story - right to the heart of God.

I've tried and tried to send Happy 4th to comments pgs, so..
Body: I am, by definition, what they call, "Computer Illiterate", I've been searching and trying for quite a while today to send some of those pretty Happy 4th of July greetings to all of your comments pages. I still can't figure this out!! grrrr!!!! So, close your eyes. Then think of the prettiest fireworks display you can imagine. Then start singing, I'm proud to be an American. If you can read and sing at the same time, start reading my message. This would be the kind of greeting I woud have liked to have sent you. lol.
To all of my friends: My prayer for you today is that we as Americans, can honor and remember the only One who can give us true freedom. It is because of His obedience to the Father, and His willingness to give His life for ours, that we can attain it. Thank You Jesus for FREEDOM!!!!!!!!!! We may lose some of the freedom we have in the United States, but we will never lose what He gives. WHO THE SON SETS FREE, IS FREE INDEED!!!!! I also am thankful to those who have given their lives for the freedom that we have enjoyed. May the early patriots, who sacrificed their lives, not have died for nothing. I pray for the American people. I pray for this current administration. I pray that everything hidden to be exposed. I pray for this economic crisis. I pray for those who are fighting right now. Lord, WE NEED YOUR HELP!! Help us Jesus!! Forgive us Lord, I repent of any sin that I am unaware of.. I humble myself and pray for the land you have chosen me to live in. I TURN FROM ANY WICKED WAYS. I ask You Oh Lord, to hear the words of your saints and consider them;. I stand in the gap now for this and that you bless us and heal our land. In Jesus name, amen. Hi. How are you doing? I'm doing well. I wanted to share what the Lord spoke to me about childlikeness again. I know within my own life, there are some things that I believe He wants me to be involved in. But when it gets down to it, I back down, many times, thinking, what if this happens, etc. The Lord showed me a picture in my mind of my granddaughter, standing up against the couch. You can see in her eyes that she really wants to try and walk and take that first step, and then looks around, and then falls to her knees and goes ahead and crawls. She has a little fear left that she needs to overcome. We call to her, saying, Come on Jaydin, you can do it! As she is, so we can be. Jesus is saying, come on Kelly, take that first step, you can do it!! Don't let fear keep you from your destiny! He wants us to trust Him. Oh, by the way, the Lord spoke this to me last night. And guess what! Today she took 4 steps!! Then, I also noticed, when she got tired, because we kept trying to coax her again and again, she would just fall into our arms. What a picture, huh?
