In Tha Ruff Records was founded in 2005 with the sole purpose of putting the northwest on the map. Feeling the bourdon of being a local artist in the northwest, CEO Kill-Joy would spend 3 years in South Carolina crafting a sound that crosses various styles of rap. With his versatile flows and equality versatile production skills In Tha Ruff is poised to shine a much needed light on his beloved Evergreen State.
