In The Moment's Interests
|
| General | It is safe to say jazz never stands still. It is always in motion and the great players make it seem like an effortless form of democratic communication. You can catch an amazing performance any given night, especially at a club where the music is what motivates people to be there in the first place. You might be able to catch lightning in a bottle in the studio environment, but are most likely to experience the magic in the moment… In the Moment is the name of our live performance series on FM 91. Please join me, Jim Bennett, every Sunday night at 8pm. I’m encouraging you to get out there when you can, to experience the music first hand and support the musicians, however you can. When you can’t we will and do… The music goes round and round and it comes out here. Sunday nights at 8PM .. In The Moment on KCSM…. Hearing is believing !!! Inthemoment1@gmail.com

Who I'd like to meet:
Companies, Foundations or individuals who would like to fund this series. This program is produced independently of KCSM and is not currently able to sustain itself. The program may in fact be one of the few locally produced weekly live Jazz programs in the country. In The Moment is elgible for underwriting, which may be the only way it can survive. KCSM.org is one of the most listened to and supported radio station sites in the country. Please contact me through this page or at:
inthemoment1@gmail.com
Thanks!!!
Jim Bennett
