About me:
The Intimate Gig Company came about after years of bulls**t chatter between a barber and one of his customers. Rick Farrow being the barber and Neil Jackson the person in the chair. A hundred or so haircuts and a thinning hairline later we decided to stop the talking and have a go at promoting. This was the start of The Intimate Gig Company, although not really a company in the true sense, just a couple of mates putting on music they enjoy and trying not to lose too much money (or hair) in the process We both appreciate a wide range of musical styles and this will enable us to choose from a wide range of artists without having to be slaves to any one genre. After all, great music is great music. We will bring you, in our opinion, the very best musical talent from both overseas and the UK. Hopefully this will result in some memorable evenings for both audience and performers alike. We will do our utmost to ensure ticket prices are kept at a reasonable level but please remember well be hosting full time working musicians who have bills, rent and families etc just like the rest of us. Touring can be an expensive business these days. The venues we will utilise will all be cosy, with an intimate feel for both the artists and audience. We consider it important that the performer can feel close to their crowd and vice-versa. We intend to make our music easily accessible to interested locals and music fans from further afield. We hope to see you some time soon. All the best Neil and Rick I edited my profile with Thomas' Myspace Editor V4.4

Hi everyone. Just announcing that my new album 'The Ill-Tempered Klavier' is now available from my page. Please take a listen to the sample tracks on my page's player. The music is a kind of cross between jazz, classical and rock music. Thanks. Chris L

Hey! Hope you are doing well. I'm in Key West right now......playing at the Hogsbreath......lost the voice last night, but with the help of a steroid shot....we will see what happens tonight!!?
Anyway, i'm hitting it hard in June and July.....in June i'll be on the road with Tommy Allsup of Buddy Holly fame. I made a little video about the tour and put it on youtube. You can see it here.
July will find us in Key West for the Songs in the Sun festival. I've booked Shurman, Howard Livingston, and Danny White for the special concert on the water. It will be a party, and i'm inviting you now! I made a video for the festival as well. You can see it here.
Anyway, take care and i hope you are doing well........Sincerely,
Kevin Montgomery..
