My name is Evan Thomas Weiss and this is Into It. Over It.

I guess you wanna know what this is about. Well, this one time I wrote, recorded and released one song every week for an entire year. It was called 52 Weeks and was released as a 2xCD by a label called No Sleep. This other time I wrote twelve songs about twelve US towns. Those songs were (and are) being released on six split 7" records that also feature Bob Nanna/Lauren Lo, Castevet, Empire! Empire!, Pswingset, Everyone Everywhere and Snowing. Labels called Topshelf, Count Your Lucky Stars and Evil Weevil are responsible for those.

A bunch of other times, I went on tour, and played some shows in 35 US states. Then, this one time, I went to Europe and played 40 shows in 12 countries. I used to play in a couple bands called The Progress and Up Up Down Down Left Right Left Right B A Start, but that isn't too important. I'm 25 years old. I live in Chicago. I'm 6'2". I'm a Libra. I have a beard. My shoes are a size 9. I'm always busy. I'm always broke. I'm (almost) always happy. I write songs. Let's kick it.

To order 52 WEEKS before it goes out of print, check out the NO SLEEP STORE or my BIG CARTEL.

The first TWELVE TOWNS split 7" was with BOB NANNA & LAUREN LO on EVIL WEEVIL RECORDS. It is currently out of print and in the process of being repressed. Get other releases from EVIL WEEVIL HERE.

The second TWELVE TOWNS split 7" is with my friends PSWINGSET on COUNT YOUR LUCKY STARS RECORDS. You can order that record HERE.

The third TWELVE TOWNS split 7" is with my best friends CASTEVET on TOPSHELF RECORDS. It is now OUT OF PRINT. You can order other TSR releases HERE.

The fourth TWELVE TOWNS split 7" is with (the funniest people I know) EVERYONE EVERYWHERE on TOPSHELF RECORDS. You can order that record HERE

The fifth TWELVE TOWNS split 7" is with my new friends EMPIRE! EMPIRE! I WAS A LONELY ESTATE on COUNT YOUR LUCKY STARS RECORDS. That's a mouthful. You can order that record HERE

The last split 7" release will be posted here as it becomes available.

On top of these Twelve Towns releases, I've also recorded FIVE brand new songs for a split LP with my amazing friend KOJI. These songs are about stories involving 5 Chicago neighborhoods. This record can be ordered from NO SLEEP RECORDS HERE
