   Emily.'s Blurbs
About me:
i talk in quotations almost constantly, usually convoluted ones with little reference to the subject being discussed. in this way, i often resemble a victorian novel. however, i am not made of paper, nor 100+ years old.

but as roland barthes would say, any work is a tissue of quotations, anyway.
Who I'd like to meet:
people with good hair, glasses preferred, obsessive interest in books mandatory.
none of my heroes for fear of being truly, truly disappointed.

I'm applying to Oxford next year!

To do the same course as you at the same college.

Which was a total coincidence btw, I'm not ~~stalking~~, it just looks like Hertford is the best by far! I'm very doubtful I'll get in, but I'm doing lots of reading and one of my tutours is going to put me through on ~Oxford regime~.

Awesomesauce!

Hello there!
I've realised I haven't spoken to you in a very long time, it's quite a shame. I hope you're getting on well in oxford. I think I walked past you once with a friend of mine, but I wasn't sure if it was you. Though that was earlier on this year I think. Oh well, hope you're good!

Yeah, I got into university. =]

I'm just over at my friends now. Still can't stay away from the computer though. How did you enjoy Liverpool? I don't particularly like it, personally. But it's home.

hahahaha, he did indeeeed. i messaged him first and he added me back. it was all nerve-wrecking. apparently he's not adding anyone back now, so i guess i feel quite lucky? he has a small amount of friends for someone of ~his fame~.

i haven't read the book BUT I HAVE THE AUDIO BOOK ASFOAIHFAKSF. it's an abridged version, though :( i need the physical book but it's a bit expensive for me :(. but yes, it's so cute and the last three minutes of the audiobook made me well up a bit: graham went round to alex's farm on his last birthday, alex was cooking lunch for them whilst graham was playing a new guitar that was custom made for him, and he said that he was willing to ~have a jam~ with the others again. alex said that he was just glad graham was around, and he said that it was just like the old days but with "a better lunch and a better guitar" OMFG MY EYES TEARED UP ;______________________________;

but i love boozy, coked up alex :( he's still charming even when you know he was doing prickish things, haha.

i can't say i am a lover of Times New Roman, but I do like your colour scheme / background etc.

We did the pardoner's prologue and tale at college, it was good fun actually, except for the part where we had to do work...

I'm chugging away at studies, although I've been avoiding reading non-study novels because I have a small brain and can't fit that much in at a time ;(

Nope, I don't bleach it. I was considering getting it what I have photoshopped it to on my last.fm picture. But I don't think the peoples of the world would react kindly to that. I don't like much attention, and that would be just too much for, I think.

Yeah, I totally agree, Morrissey's solo stuff there are flashes on the old Smiths self, but there is just too much shite. It's the lack of Johnny Marr.

I'm gonna stay in Liverpool. Unfortunately I can't afford to move elsewhere, I wanted to go to Warwick. Oh well. I'm gonna do English Literature too! I get my A-Level results on Thursday, hopefully I get what I need to get in.

Well, my hair was brown about 3 months ago. But it's been bright red ever since. Although I'm getting it done again next week, so it could be any colour, I'll decide on the day. It will depend how I'm feeling.

My vital stats... well, my name is Paul. I live in Liverpool. I'm 17, but 18 in 2 weeks. I have a girlfriend called Emma and I've been going out with her for... erm... nearly 5 months now, I think. I like books more than most things. And the Smiths are the best band ever. And I have blue eyes and I'm starting university in September.

What are your vital stats?
