It's a different atmosphere at Intuition Music School and the motto above suits everything about it. No more waiting outside in the hot car while the student is having lessons, you can come in and enjoy a coffee in the cafe..style lounge area while you wait or maybe you are the one having the lessons! The fabulous coffee bar in the shape of a treble clef is a great talking piece and reflects the innovative style of the owner/manager Craig Ryan.
At Intuition the student's approach to lessons is bound to be a reflection of their motto --- Learn it, Live it, Love it --- and that is the philosophy that Craig likes to develop in the student's attitude to music. It should be fun to learn, fun to play and a skill for life that the student genuinely enjoys.
Owner Craig is a full time musician/vocalist, drummer, guitarist and DJ. Majoring in drum tutoring Craig has been playing drums for over 25 years in many different styles of music. Rock, funk, blues, Jazz, latin, country, fusion including being the House Drummer in a Blues Club in Oxford UK for over two years.
He started when he was twelve as a lead drummer in military marching band (Anzac Day March etc) and has played hundreds of gigs with cover bands and artists in many high profile venues throughout NSW.
Craig tutors drums and offers the option of having your drum lessons on Roland V-Drums (electronic) or acoustic kit. Craig is only one of the many experienced and practically qualified teachers who are available at the school.
Intuition has a view to expanding with a large soundproof rehearsal room for students to play live in, or for hire as a dance studio or pilates classes etc... It sill be constantly evolving and developing along with its students.
