I often hear life described as a roller coaster with many unexpected ups and even more unexpected downs. Everyone loves the thrill of being on top, and they squeal with excitement when the coaster starts to drop. Fear is what may cause most to get a fluttering feeling in their belly when there are going down, but if you have no fear of roller coasters, that same fearful feeling like a butterfly in your gut that can make you want to throw up, will make you giggle with glee because the lightness you feel when all your internal organs levitate inside you for a moment gives you an almost instant buzz. It's so sad though when you know someone (and we all know many) who are so scared of life's unexpected plunges that they refuse to share in the joy of a celebratory occasion because of a superstition that any enjoyment of present circumstances will lead to an increased chance of unexpected loss. These attitudes of scarcity and fear block people from achieving the dreams and hearts desires. What I have come to understand is that my life does not and never has actually happened randomly or unexpectedly. My experiences and feelings flow with the seasons. The consequences of my own decisions and actions in response to those feelings and experiences dictate what type of harvest I will have the next season. I would like to propose to you the concept that life operates in cycles. Just look around you and behold the cycles of the planets, sun and moon, tides, seasons, your girlfriend's menstruation cycle- your boyfriends menstruation cycle (okay so they don't actually menstruate but they do experience a hormonal cycle a lot like women that often results in about a week of crappy behavior due to hormone changes). Life itself is a collection of ever flowing cycles of life and death and chemical reactions. By tuning into our cyclical natures and recognizing the patterns we hold within ourselves we may find more peace and comfort in knowing that life is not just a bunch of unpredictable peaks and valleys that it seems to be at first glance. We live in a world of duality and because of this law, life on earth will always provide contrast. In other words, to have any one thing in the 3D its opposite will always exist somewhere- and this is necessary to achieve its definition.. In other words, how would we recognize hot if we've never felt cold? What would a bowl be without the empty space inside? How would we recognize light if we had never known dark. Surely, you know that for every action there exists an equal and opposite reaction, and the most blatant example of this law are the states of birth and death. You can't have one without eventually having the other- they are the opposite- but in essence they are the same, they are all new beginnings. Life is not the opposite of death, it is an ongoing process that is present during the phases of both birth and death. Plants live in cycles, in spring the seeds are laid and in the plants are born (or built up) and in the Autumn they begin to decay (break down). Their matter is returned to the ground and then provide fertilization to the soil, nourishing the Earth Mother as she prepares to give birth again in the Spring. Even a human corpse is filled with life, the processes of death and decay are carried out by millions of living organisms. Life is continuous and can not be stopped, only change forms. By applying these cycles of birth and death and understanding how they operate in our lives, we begin to realize that even the seeming “low points” serve their purpose. The experiences of sadness and pain create the desire within us for comfort and joy. Experiencing what we don't want provides the definition we then use to map out the new experiences we would like to move onto. In breaking down, we are provided with the very seed of inspiration provided for transformation. By chosing to live in harmony with nature's cycles and recognizing the “low points” as indicators of where we want to be, we can then use our circumstances, and the resulting thoughts and emotions as guidance devices and opportunities for growth and personal evolution. By observing yourself and your life from a holistic (higher/ unity) perspective you will be able to recognize these patterns more and more. For example, I know the beginning of September is usually a period of inwardness for myself. Throughout the Fall and Winter I feel less social, less active and prefer to be indoors more than outside. It's easier at these times for my body to put on weight, suffer from low energy, laziness and indulgence. By simply being aware of these tendencies I am in a much better position to achieve balance and avoid a bout of “Seasonal Depression.” The beginning of February marks the beguiling of my outward phase. Throughout Match, April, May and June I come alive with energy, lose whatever weight I may have put on in the winter quickly, require less sleep, experience increased psychic experiences, as well as creative and imaginative faculties. By understanding the way my body and mind work with respect to the cycles of nature I am better able to be consciously aware of my decisions, less likely to suffer from exhaustion or delirium and illusion because I forgot to eat and sleep for too long. I know in the Spring I may have to use a supplement to ensure I sleep enough, to protect my mind. Although I easily feel social and incredibly energized, I know the road signs that point to exhaustion and am o the lookout for them. I see the Fall and Winter as an opportunity for self reflection and clarity, while the Spring and Summer give rise to real opportunities for invention and creative expression. Before realizing there are natural cycles within myself, I was trapped in the illusion that I was somehow a victim to my life experiences and emotions. The misunderstandings I had about my own polarity left me fearful of my energy changes, and was more inclined to use prescription drugs or alcohol to try and adjust my energy and sensitivities to something more socially acceptable. (or physically bearable). In understanding our natural mental and energetic cycles by harnessing their unique power allows us the unique opportunity of tuning in and working with our own cycles by harnessing their ebbs and flows and putting them to work for us. Keeping a journal, (one that keeps track of what sign the Moon is in, since the Moon rules our emotions) is a great way to be able to identify patterns and cycles in your feelings and behaviors and is a great way to learn a little about astrology. Cycles aren't always related to seasons. We can identify cycles in our lives, existing there so we will take note of the patterns and bring about any needed changes or releases for healing. An example of this is the person who finds a job but always seems to lose it for one reason or another. Is he really just worthless, lazy or having an attitude problem? Or is he repeating this pattern a way for the Universe to communicate to him that he is actually in the wrong field? Cycles and patterns that need released are most visible in our interpersonal relationships. Why do some women seem to repeat relationships with men who are controlling or abusive? Perhaps it is a repeat opportunity for the woman to recognize her own pattern of denying her own desires and freedoms by not listening to her true heart and dreams. By repeating these relationships that cause her to feel stifled and undervalued she is forced to ask herself what she would like to do if she were free and what parts of her she wishes she could express. By getting in touch with her inner self (through crisis point) she is forced to ask herself what she would do if she were free, and what parts of her she wishes she could express. By realizing the desires she was suppressing and releasing her fear of being free, she is able to break the repeat pattern of captivity in her outer relationship life because she has broken it within. Now the restricting relationship will fall away, and room can be made for a new one that reflects where she has come in her own growth. This is the “mirror” effect that we experience here in duality. If we pay attention to our cycles, patterns and mirrors, we can touch the Divine and break free of the smoke and mirror, dream machine most this world is still asleep inside. by: Tara Allgood Title Blog Entry

About me:

My name is Tara Leann Allgood, and this is the essence of who I am. Tara means Earth and Leann means the rose in the middle of a rocky place and Allgood is just what it says. I really am deeply connected to, rooted in and one with the Earth. I feel deeply what the trees feel, if I take the time to listen to them. Ever since I was a child I have most enjoyed my time in nature, with the Earth and her inhabitants of the soil, trees and water. I remember being close to the Angels and hearing them sing and rhyme in my head as I fantasized and imagined castles and cottages amidst the Florida oak and pine trees that guarded me as I played. The wisdom of my childhood far surpasses the wisdom of most grown men who know not that trees speak, and do not believe they guard children and that angels speak to us whenever we chose to listen. There is a process of spiritual evolution, and consciousness ascension that I have the personal pleasure of experiencing these days. The Earth and her inhabitants are choosing to align with a higher frequency dimension of light and this is a physical process that magical people of all kinds are being called to assist with. There is magic in the Earth and there is magic in our hearts, aligning my intention and my will to the magic that is available to humanity via the ascension process, has opened the doorways of my mind to all sorts of amazing and magical experiences that most would swear could not even exist, and that a regular person such as myself could not experience mystical interaction with the divine on a regular basis. However, the truth of the matter is that I experience contact with the Angelic realms on a regular and daily basis and these experiences are available to everyone who aligns their desires and intentions to work with the Angels and the Earth in whatever personal way one cans to assist in bringing more light and love into the world I have the gifts of mediumship, clairaudience, clairsentience and clairvoyance. I am able to receive messages from the Heavenly realms via Angelic or elemental communications from the Earth and the stars in the heavens. We are all connected to the Divine and part of a larger organism. Inside my cells I have access to multidimensional information that spans parallel and past lifetimes as well as ancestral memories that are carried with me in my blood. These are abilities that everyone has, if they so chose to open up to them. There is nothing special about me except that I take the time to honestly seek out truth and apply it to my life. Every day I identify patterns of behavior or belief systems that are rooted in fear and have been carried with me from experiences this lifetime or others and my aim is to transmute these patterns to positive and light affirming beliefs and behaviors. The process of learning about who I am, including all my dimensional existences, as well as the essence of my ancestors, releasing the old ways of fear that have driven our survival instincts as a species and integrating more enlightened beliefs and ways of being creates space inside my cells for more light. Integrating light and understanding my darkness is the process of ascension, and various adventures, experiences and interactions from loved ones in all realms go hand and hand with the process. I chose to live a life of magic, of self- exploration, of planetary and cosmic exploration and of love. I am a mother and a full time employee in telecommunications. I use my free time to explore magic for self and planetary healing as well as the healing of others. I am a talented actress, writer, poet and public speaker. One day I hope to be teaching truth about the ascension process to other people who are sensitive to the Earth and to the changes that are coming to humanity in waves of solar energy from multiple star systems. As long as I am teaching, healing and helping anything I do would be my dream career. For now, I strive simply to be closer to perfection. It is a long journey and a beautiful one, I would not speed it up for the world though, because adventure and challenge are two of the things that made Earth life sound appealing to me in the first place and influenced my decision to come here.

Who I'd like to meet:

Other people with Multidimensional awareness, psychic gifts or Hermetic and magical interests- especially Kabbalah and evocational magic. Witches and Lightworkers who are on the ascension path and magical people of all kinds!

Hi Tara,   wanted to thank you again for directing me to Kabbalah, I found the best site and have registered for an online course...

The teachings are not new to me... but they are confirming and inspirational.

Follow your heart, but be quiet for a while first. Ask questions, and then feel the answer. Learn to trust your heart and try to love the questions themselves. Do not now seek the answers, which cannot be given you because you would not be able to live them. And the point is to live everything. Live the questions…

A tree against the sky possesses the same interest, the same character, the same expression as the figure of a human. Caresses and expressions of love for one another are necessary to the life of humans, just as leaves are to the life of a tree. If they are wholly restrained, love will die at the roots… I like to think of thoughts as living blossoms borne by the human tree, which should be observed with delicate regard and consideration… Our roots are planted in the Oneness from which all grow and connection is ever-present…

HI Tara  Thanks so much for the friendship!  and the Sunshine today.  I just got news that my neighbor and friend passed away.   It makes me realize how much there is to be grateful for each day.. and how much to cherish living.

Thanks for your efforts in creating this new friendship.  I've really appreciated your messages.

I read this today a message from Merlin:

You all have the innate ability to transmute through a thought, through a word, through a glance, and a touch. You have the ability to move past time and space as you know it and by-pass the speed of light and laugh at the speed of sound. Intertwining your energies with all of life. Dancing with the eagles, swimming with the whales and dolphins, fencing with the wind. You have forgotten the beauty of the elements of your planet.

Do not wait for the state of ascension as you are amended to the union of heaven on earth. Do not wait until the light announces to you. "It is time to ascend, it is time to rise from a leavened state. Hesitate not, for it is time to go beyond what you are capable, removing the veil that has hidden you from yourself. You stand at an intersection of light and remembrance waiting for the light to turn. But it is you that must announce and pronounce that incoming light to every cell of your body in a tone of celebration, and a movement of dance that goes beyond what you once knew to be space and time. Come forth fully – do not stay in the hidden depths of your being, in the basements of the past, in the rooms without windows that darken your hopes.

Hope this message resonates with you as well.

    Love, Kara

there is a lot more to this message and the pleidains  I can send it to you if you want

In order to get back one's real self, one has to go inward where there is no past, no future, but there is only the present moment.  In this state of meditation, one may get in touch with our inner being, the non-dual state of Oneness.  Once this insight is gained, one is awakened and enlightenment is achieved, where there is no duality; there is only completeness.  We seldom leave the task of alleviating pain to nature; rather, we want instant solutions.  But pain and suffering gives us the opportunity to look within and experience that oneness or wholeness where no duality is present.  There is no duality; duality is nothing but an illusion.  Oneness is always ever-present…

    Hi Tara,

that was thee most beautiful messge you left!

Yes!  I do know of this understanding "the harmony of Life, of all experience".  It is so fantastic sometimes I am speechless... but of course that makes sense.  And I find it so amazing the synchrony of all events,  even the ones that do not feel good.  I too love the "surprises in life, or as you say when someone who you do not know shows up in your life and you understand and recognize the connection... You see that it is all meant to be.

    Thanks so much!

    love, Playful/Kara

Hi Tara,  like you I have come to understand that my beliefs about my life, and the world around me, create the experiences that I will have.  I realize that my beliefs have given me quite a ride to say the least... major ups and downs... But, it's probably only been in the last few years I now fully understand the connection between my beliefs and my experiences.  It really is incredible when you can see life this way. It has helped me in the hard times, now I know I need to examine the way I have been focusing and I am responsible for making the changes if I want to be happy...

It was nice reading your page and getting confirmation for this understanding!

    HI Tara thank you for the friend request.   Reading about the meaning of your name I was reminded of the song;
The Flower that Shattered the Stone..

It is exatly about a Flower that grows in the hardest of stone....

A metaphor about the beauty in life even at the hardest moments.
