Based on a simple idea, four guys came together to do one thing - Bring Back Rock! That’s exactly what they did. With a blend of pop-punk and 80’s metal, Elliot, Alex, Pat and Tyler are showing what a love of your craft can really do. With so many bands worrying about their hair being just right or if their jeans are tight enough, Invermier are a rare breed of musicians and showmen that want to prove rock and roll ain’t dead. Coming together in January 2006, Elliot, Alex, Tyler and Pat took the time to write a full set list, grow a fan base and get to playing live - Invermier was on it’s way. With shows dating back to March 2006 (at local Toronto club “The Kathedral”), they have had their fair share of live performances. With every stream of success comes the same wave of disappointments and hardships. During the summer of 2007 Pat took a leave from the Invermier camp; putting things on hold, but Pat has returned just in time for the completion of the debut record. During Pat’s absence, the boys tried a number of replacements, but nothing felt right, so his returning has given the band a renewed sense of direction and are prepared for a big year for Invermier! The debut release from the boys will be available early this summer. Lately the band has been working hard in the studio recording their full length album “Bella Vista Way”.
