About me: Images of Us (IOU) Sports is a non-profit girls and women’s educational sports organization that provides sports education, fitness opportunities, career information, and charitable assistance to girls and women who participate in all levels of sports. Our overarching goal is to empower girls using sports as an avenue that instills leadership, discipline, teamwork and physical fitness to create well-rounded individuals.IOU Sports foster empowering connections between girls and women and other important members of the community to address the needs of girl’s emotional and physical safety and well being, connection and need for empowerment through education and sports.
