Ian's Interests
|
| General | Well, I like to play a lotta sports. Theres really no sports that I find particularly useless except maybe curling. You could teach a chimp to be an olympic curler.
Anyway, my favorite sport is wrestling. Wrestling keeps me level cuz it gives me a way to vent my aggression on the person whose ass i happen to be kicking. Plus, the discipline and physical fitness are plusses.
I love basketball too. I've been playing basketball since i could walk, so its sorta in my blood. I was just a little too short to play in high school so i took up wrestling.
Baseball's always been a big part of my life. I've played since kindergarten and its fun because its so different from wrestling and basketball in that its not so intense.
Golf is a newly added sport to my interest list. My dad has been teaching me the finer points for only about two years. I love getting better and I'm doin so everytime I play.
Other than sports, well i guess this is kinda sports, but I work really hard to stay in good shape. I lift and run pretty often cuz it keeps me in shape for sports and it keeps the body lookin good ;)
Take the quiz: What Specific Sport Are You?
Wrestling YOU ARE WRESTLING! When you were little you loved it when you could wrestle with your dad, but you have an annoying attitude...

| | Music | Yeah, I mostly listen to dat crunk shit haha, but seriously rap in general is my favorite. In particular, 8 Ball & MJG, the youngbloodz, lil scrappy, Three 6 Mafia, lil jon, gucci mane, jeezy, bone thugs n harmnony, outkast, E-40, busta, and G-Unit are all really good. Seriously though, Rick Ross is for real the shit haha
I gotta throw in a lil bitta rock n roll though.. My favorite band of all time and one of the most influential bands of our entire era is blink 182, without a doubt. I really like Nickelback, puddle of mudd, oasis, and andrew W.K. too.. But i like some harder stuff like korn, mudvayne, metallica, and avenged sevenfold.
Country and classic rock are holdin it down too..
There's really no music I can't stand but i really do not care for emo.. Its so depressing. Honestly, whenever I hear My Chemical Romance or Hawthorne Heights, it makes me want to just sit in my room and pout.. And thats no fun.
| You Are a Punk Rocker! |
When it comes to rock, you don't follow any rules
You know that rocking out is all about taking down the man
You've got an incredible stage presence and rock persona
You scare moms, make bad girls (or boys) swoon, and live life on the edge!

| | Movies | A good movie, I believe, is a movie that moves us in some way. We may not like the way it does this or agree as to the means by which it does this, but it doesn't change the fact that it is still a good movie. Then again, everybody is different so certain people will be different things.. so i guess a good movie is whatever the hell we think a good movie is... To each his own!
The movies I believe have moved me the most, either by excitement due to the action, or by laughter due to the comedy, no doubt include Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burghendy, Dodgeball: A True Underdog Story, Caddyshack, Blazing Saddles, The Godfather, Scarface, and last but not least Forrest Gump.
lest we forget braveheart.. god forbid
| | Television | TV is the downfall of humanity. Really it is. Its the reason why kids dont exercise and get fat. Its an excuse for people to piss and moan and worry about the world with all the depressing media out there.. TV is no different than any other addiction, that most of us have, myself included.
The only things i really indulge in on TV is sports, but i get some comedy, news, music videos, and the occasional cartoon.
| | Books | If i had my way, I would never read a book, but when I have to, I guess The Old Man and the Sea was good, so was Judgment in Stone, and back in the day, Harry Potter rocked shit man haha
Free Myspace Graphics | | Heroes | Hero is such a strong word.. A hero is someone who saves you from some danger. A role model or an idol would be a better word..
Seriously, the one person who comes to mind as the most courageous, inspirational go-getter in the history of mankind is Lance Armstrong. The man was months away from dying of cancer and bounced back only a year later to kick off what would be a grueling seven year reign as the the Tour de France champion. That takes balls, or in his case, ball lol |

About me:
Hey yo. My names Ian. Im a junior at St. X and I wrestle and am on Hands Across Campus there. I can be real mellow and chilled at times, but other times I can be real goofy and sarcastic. I think I'm likable either way, but you tell me if I'm wrong haha. I'm like full-blooded irish and I damn sure wouldn't have it any other way playa haha. My heritage is something I'm extremely proud of. Anyway, read my profile please. I actually took time to put insights and crap in it instead of list a bunch of stuff haha. Feel free to message and/or comment anytime playas
I edited my profile at Freeweblayouts.net, check out these Myspace Layouts!

Who I'd like to meet:
You know, there's a lot of really creepy stalker types on myspace, some of which are probably reading this profile as I type. Definately not the type of person I wanna be associated with. I also don't like the whole idea of meeting a girlfriend or boyfriend over myspace. Idk it seems like its cheating doesn't it? What happened to actually being social and meeting people in person? Also, the one thing I cant stand about some ppl is their blatant ignorance and/or disrespect of ppl they dont know. Maybe thats just me but that's the kind of ppl who I'd rather not meet ya dig?
Who I do want to meet are people that aren't too full of themselves to look at someones profile and say, "Oh, s/he's ugly so im not adding them." It seems immature at this point doesnt it? I want to meet ppl who are mature and friendly.. Is that so much to ask? haha
