Rob Dicker is looking for volunteers to help "in creating a booklet of guidelines and procedures for shooting high school sports in Illinois". He made the appeal in this post on SportsShooter on Wednesday, September 26

Rob has been an advocate for photograpers' rights in Illinois, especially in regards to IHSA regulations. Some recent issues have been IHSA-issued credentials, use of strobes and on-camera flash, and the ability of newspapers to sell reprints of sectional and regional competitions. If you can help Rob out, you can contact him through his member page at the link above.
