    The history of the thrash/blackmetal band starts in 2005. Markus (guitar) and three other musicians founded the band Irdorath. The first demo "Erwachen" and the first album "Götterdämmerung" (Label Black Lava Records) was recorded and the first gigs were played. During the work on the second album some personal changes happend. From this time on Thomas is playing the drums and Esche is playing the rhythmguitar. The second album "Dekonstrukteur des Fleisches" was recorded at "Soundtempel - Studio" and produced by Stefan Traunmüller. After finishing the record the singer and the bassplayer left the band. Markus took over the singing part in addition to the leadguitar and Mario joined the band as the new bassplayer. Since that moment the lineup is stronger than ever and they proofed their power on stage only a few time later. The promo-version of "Dekonstrukteur des Fleisches" was sold out really quick. Also the german record label "Massacre Records" became interested and they signed the band. The album "Dekonstrukteur des Fleisches" will be re-released worldwide through "Massacre Records" in january 2012. Irdorath will also be playing lots of concerts and festivals and the band is already working on the next album.

IRDORATH - Dekonstrukteur Des Fleisches


Die Geschichte der Thrash/Blackmetal Band beginnt im Jahr 2005. Markus (Gitarre) und drei weitere Musiker gründen die Band Irdorath. Das Demo "Erwachen" und das erstes Album "Götterdämmerung" (Label Black Lava Records) wird aufgenommen und erste Auftritte absolviert.

Während den Arbeiten am 2. Album kommt es zum ersten Besetzungswechsel. Thomas übernimmt fortan das Schlagzeug und Esche nimmt den Platz an der Rhythmusgitarre ein.

Das zweite Album "Dekonstrukteur des Fleisches" wird im "Soundtempel – Studio" unter der Leitung von Stefan Traunmüller aufgenommen. Kurz nach Fertigstellung verlassen der Sänger und der Bassist die Band.

Markus übernimmt zusätzlich zur Gitarre den Gesang, in Mario wird ein neuer Bassist gefunden. Mit diesem Lineup ist Irdorath komplett und die Band überzeugt bereits kurze Zeit später auf der Bühne.

Die Promo-Version des Albums "Dekonstrukteur des Fleisches" ist binnen kurzer Zeit vergriffen. Von den Aufnahmen ist auch das deutsche Plattenlabel "Massacre Records" überzeugt und Irdorath wird unter Vertrag genommen.

Im Jänner 2012 erscheint das Re-Release von "Dekonstrukteur des Fleisches" weltweit über "Massacre Records" und es folgen etliche Konzert- und Festivalauftritte. Außerdem arbeiten Irdorath bereits am nächsten Album.
