I'm a 25 years old Icelandic nurse, working at a maternity ward and I also take few shifts at a ward for sick infants. Both wards are at a hospital in Glostrup in Copenhagen.
I live with my boyfriend Klaus(Danish) and my funny Persian cat Newton, in Copenhagen, Denmark.
Klaus an electrical engineer and works at Force technology.
I come from a farm so I'm a nature girl at heart. I love a good laugh and to experience new things. I love learning new things and sometimes I think I won't be able to live outside of school!:p hehe...well as long as I am studying something I feel is interesting (the list is long!).

Hey Iris! I have no plans in the near future about coming to Iceland, although i would love to! I hadn't looked into doing a practicum in Iceland, when i get back to school in the fall I am gonna look into it now! cause i would luv to learn more Icelandic! and heck visit again! How is your nursing going? are you almost done? and if you do end up in vancouver that would be awesome!

And yes, you're right, you have to keep on working on a language regularly... I got the same problem with Icelandic ;) I forget the easiest things again and again. En nú ætla ég á Íslandi í sumar og ég vona að ég mun skilja fólk, haha :D

I would LUV to come to denmark on an exchange or even to visit... I am headed to nyc/boston this summer for a vacation, but i have classes till end of june so no vacation is possible till then! :( But i have been looking into exchanges through the nursing program and would definatly come to Denmark in my fourth year if you are still there! (thats hopefully, only 2 years from now :P)
