===Brief Bio=== Irma Yamaguchi (composer,arranger,vocalist,pianist,novelist) Roberto Menescal,Oscal Castro Neves,Christos Hatzis, Zeca Pagodinho and many other mentors have admired her talent,composing,arranging,playing and singing. Through her really original approach,she has bridged the gap between classical and popular music with her innovative blending of world cultures. She has realized that compositions of great composers of the past is not always accessible for people in the modern era. She feels it's her mission to introduce a new interpretation to classical music for the lisner of today,with contemporary rhythms and musical feelings. ---Since she had been always searching her own music, traveling, living and learning all over the world more than fourty countries. ---In 2005, a first-line drummer and producer Teo Lima, who worked with Antonio Carlos Jobim,Dionne Warwick,Sergio Mendes,Caetano Veloso,Ivan Lins and many others, found out extraordinary talent of Irma.He produced her debut album released in 2007.with all his might, to get abroad her music all over the world. ---In 2007, she made her world debut and started to perform in concerts around the world. ---In 2007, her composition named "Per Dove?" (TRACK 14 of her album"Irma-Voz e Piano-Bossa Mediterranea NUOVA")were recognized as Honorable Mentions at Unisong International Contest,in USA. ---In 2009,her composition named "Bossa Nova Canta"(TRACK 11 of her album"Irma-Voz e Piano-Bossa Mediterranea NUOVA") were recognized as Top Finalists at Unisong International Contest,in USA. ---In October,2008,she recorded her second album,focused on her classical piano solo works. --- Irma would like to share with many people THE TIME TO SMILE FROM THE BOTTOM OF THEIR HEARTS, feeling the greatest love of European classical music, the Mediterranean culture, Brazil's musical identity and the way of Cariocas(residents of Rio de Janeiro), LIVING WITH CALMNESS,enthusiasm, BREATHING AND PHRASING NATURALLY. === Interests of Irma === To LEARN ABOUT FOREIGN CULTURE, MANY DIFFERENT WAYS OF THINKING AND LIVING.
