About me:

I am a passionate individual who loves cars/auto racing, movies, music, comics, and many other things. And is in a rut in life, school, and yeah. Whatever. I have no clue in hell whether I want to finish college and continue struggling with engineering or become an EMT. That's where I'm at right now. Go figure. Things seem like they're all figured out and then a crisis one second tears everything apart like there's no tomorrow. I can feel my anxiety rising just thinking about it.

Who I'd like to meet:

There are some comics writers I'd like to meet. I would like to meet my favorite actor and no I'm not talking about George Clooney. But it would be nice to meet him too. So make that two actors I would like to meet. I would also like to meet my favorite race car drivers, and no they are not NASCAR drivers. They are Justin Wilson, Graham Rahal, Bobby Rahal, and Alex Zanardi. Maybe a couple more that I can't think of right this second as well. As I'm sure my good friends know, I don't have a single favorite, I have favorite lists.

Good plan!  :)  So...in other news...it's been entirely too long since we've hung out.  Faizah and I moved in together and have a pretty sweet set up.  We have this HUGE tv, and I still haven't seen Watchmen, so I want to rent it and watch it with you soon!  And, you'll LOVE these two vintage Sean Connery as James Bond posters we have! :)

While there is much more to the story as a whole than covered in the movie, I do not believe there is enough left for a sequel to the novel. The events in his story were cataclysmic, and any sequel is obviously expected to be better than the first. What more could he possibly draw from the society he left? I would also like to know what happens to the characters left, but that's left to the mind.

I would have sworn it was Robert Downey Jr. playing the comedian, back when The Watchmen previews came out. At that part where he lights up the guy with the flamethrower and smirks, he so looks like RDJ. I thought he was, for a long time. Yeah, the actor playing him is good. I can agree that I didn't entirely hate him by the end of the story and that that is interesting. He just doesn't meet my criteria for favorite character. I thought the Nightowl is my favorite, but it's hard as hell not to say Rorshach is. His unwavering resolve was so damn admirable, and I liked that he and Nightowl were partners. Nightowl was my kind of guy - simple, smart, friendly, and entirely capable of kicking ass. It's a crazy story, that one. One that leaves you satisfied but wanting. One that leaves your mind buzzing, and you can't sleep for a bit. The kind of story I wish I could write.

Haha, guuurl I could use some of that change as well! :P

So, I've been wanting to see Watchmen, but haven't had anyone to go with me...would you be interested in seeing it again sometime?

The Comedian was an asshole. Sorry to break it to ya'. A murderer, rapist, and asshole. Just because mankind is all of that and more, doesn't mean it's okay that he was. I'll admit he was a badass, and I didn't entirely dislike him, by the end of the movie.

What do you mean your "version of unemployment"? And hey, pop music can be...ok...sometimes. :) I'll be in SF this weekend, but you'll have to come out dancing with me the next time I go! And...what kinds of new clothes are we talking?

P.S...let the epic game of phone tag continue!! haha...

    1) I would love to, but I need to check my schedules to make sure I have nothing due that upcoming week. I'll let you know for sure at a later time.

    2) No, I'm not overly into Me First & the Gimme Gimmes. I like them, but not enough to own more of their stuff. Sorry. :( Just get rid of them somehow. Sell them at a yard sale or something ha ha.

    3) I wish you could remember what this was, and if you do, let me know.

Of course you can come and visit. You're welcome here anytime, and I'm sure you'll find a job soon. Just be on the look-out and try to find something that isn't so monotonous and will keep you on your feet.

Hey. Don't know when you'll be getting this, but I hope you're doing much better than you were on Saturday. Keep your head up, and try not to worry too much. Things will get better if YOU MAKE THEM get better. By the way, if you still want to come to Tucson that weekend, you're more than welcome to. Just let me know. I hope to talk to you again soon.

Yeah, it's them. I am myspace "friends" with her, but we are no longer actual friends. Oh well. I actually prefer it that way, to be honest.

Allow me to introduce myself. My name is John. I run PHAT Photography and the forthcoming Ladies of PHAT Entertainment. I am also V.P. of PHAT Entertainment & Vinylize Management.

Recently, my account was deleted, which was naturally upsetting as I lost 14,286 "friends". I use the word "friends" lightly, because as we all know, not everyone added on here is a true friend. Many of the "friends" lost were important contacts and true friends. Some were just, well, there.

I am using this situation as an opportunity to establish a more worthwhile MySpace page; people that I want to get to know and would talk to on a more regular basis. Having a large number of friends gets you maximum exposure, but it only works if they are into what you are representing. So if you are receiving this message, chances are you are someone I know or would like to get to know.

I hope you will re-add me, as the new page will be much more informative, fun and exciting. I never had complaints on my past pages, but this will top them all. :)

    Thank you,

    John Thomsen

Also I am currently looking for ladies for Ladies of PHAT Entertainment.
