Started as a bedroom project and having a wicked rad time since 2001, Iron Bitchface has evolved through many different methods of making noise and has gone through numerous revolving door members while doing so. Two CDs have been released and numerous demos are available from the band.
In support of having a good time the band has gone on many journeys over the years conquesting across Canada, into the eastern United States and multiple trips to Europe including England, Scandinavia, Germany and France. Iron Bitchface is always looking for a good place to play and party. The band's easy to accomadate setup has given us the chance to play places such as; a downtown water fountain surrounded by hobos and passerbyers in Copenhagen, Denmark; playing in the rain and cold on an industrial peir in Malmo, Sweden; spitting blood and inverting crosses on a church alter in Brandon, Manitoba; and playing for the elderly at a breakfest diner in Toronto, Ontario. In addition to all the weirdness we still make time for traditional clubs/bars, basements, parks and gallery shows as well.

"IBF ended up being so much more than a mere metal band. In fact, barely a metal band at all, more some sort of metallic techno digital hardcore sort of thing. Needless to say, we LOVE it. And odds are you will too." -aQuarius Records
"This CD is, for me, the Sgt. Peppers of our time." -Matt Collins/Wavelength
"It’s like A.C. playing at an Alice Cooper garage sale." -EchoWeekly
"I'm often skeptical when people tell me that a piece of programming or a keyboard can sound evil or viscious. This not only makes the grade, but it raises the bar." -NeoZine
"What a bunch of unintelligible nonsense." -Metal Maniacs
"Make a blender full of cats sound melodic by comparison." -Sandbox
"At times genius and at other times probably too genius for me to get it, Iron Bitchface delivers brutal electronic blast-beat digi-grind with sick black-metal-style vo-kills thrown into the constantly changing mix. Not formula driven, they push the boundaries of a genre that is already doing some serious boundary pushing." -Methamphedazine
"Seven minutes is the perfect length, since that's roughly the maximum amount of time you can listen to Iron Bitchface before being overcome by the urge to rip your own ears off. For Iron Bitchface, that's the mark of a successful album. Iron Bitchface makes music the way Microsoft makes pasta -- that is, not at all." -The Record
Yeah. We might have missed that brief period in which we were almost doing shows again anyways. Something may happen one day and it might coincide with you doing something and at that time we may be able to do something together.
I think we found a drummer dumb enough to play with us so when europe is done for you we might be prepared to do Kitchenhair-Waterloo with you as you bequested upon us early . WHATTHEFUCKINGFUCKJESUSCHRISTGODDAMN!
Butt at this moment we are disfunctional...but maybe we will get our shit together. We have other offers as well. This may be incentive...but I doubt it. Are you going to Europe again soon.
shr= is releasing 2 comp cd's for free d/l in .zip in the future. their already released for free d/l on soundclick. but now their going on archive.org. you're on the first one. shr= said he needs that IB pic of you and the rubber ducks for the comp again sent to him by you.
Well, I'm not really sure what credentials I have to judge you but that has never stopped me in the past and it's highly doubtful that it will make a damn bit of difference in the future.
We should do a show together. We're very contagious, it might help your career. :P Hahha! I think you're lucky though. I wish we could tour all over the world, spreading our filth on a global level. *sigh*
She is the coolest east of the Mississippi. A southern bell but it will take work and I agree that the rebirth has come from the people. Believe. Come see a Happy Mardi Gras. Peace from New Orleans.
AND i bet. i wish i were there. and it seems you have quite the discography. so i guess you putting Return To Gran Mountain all on for download is just extremely gracious of you.
