Sounds Like
We sound authentically like ourselves!!!!!!!!!!!! We are not competing with or against any bands, individuals, egos or talent. Every person is blessed with his or her own talents as the FATHER saw it fit. Therefore we use our gifts not for self promotion but for exaltation of the ALMIGHTY FATHER. The combination of these talented musicians creates a unique reggae sound.
LIVE AND LET LIVE

i.R.S in rehearsal with Castafari
i.R.S stands for INTERNATIONAL REGGAE SOUND. The heart beat of this group is deeply religious. The i.R.S Band is a unified collaboration of musicians from various reggae bands throughout the Boston area. Our main mission and objective is to provide a musical back-line for international, national, and local reggae artists for a day/night reggae event. Without question, we are the purest of all reggae bands in the Boston area. i.R.S band consists of musicians from various Caribbean islands including: Jamaica, Puerto Rico, Antigua, Trinidad, Dominica, St. Vincent, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. The musicians truly enjoy playing together. We treat each other with respect, loyalty, and unity. In a time when reggae music has lost some of its foundation, identity, and structure, we have become ambassadors for our culture. Greed, super-enormous egos, exploitation and malicious jealousy have ruined the innocence of our back bone. We promote brotherhood and love, keeping the spirit of reggae music alive and strong. Music is love and should not be dealt with as competition.
